Folks,
I usually don’t watch any of the confirmation hearings regardless of whose Cabinet they may eventually serve. It is rare that an honest exchange of substantive issues will actually occur. At best, I’ll watch short clips from the internet. In fact, much of the back-and-forth does nothing more than insult and torment the viewer, as many Q & A moments did with Merrick Garland during his confirmation hearing for Attorney General. I don’t see how any sane, rational human being could draw an ounce of confidence based on his weak responses that strongly leaned towards incompetence by this AG nominee.
Which brings me to the point of this post, regarding HHS Nominee Dr. “Rachel” Levine, a transgender pediatrician of all things. “Her” well-planned evasive response was actually quite revealing. It is beyond disconcerting to see such morally-debased nominees.
Fact is, it is NEVER about honorable qualifications anymore. It is about using one’s credentials as a backdrop to a submissive ideology. Just like the two paradigms of Creation – one embraces a Supreme Designer who orderly “spoke” and “called forth” everything into being. The other claims a speck of dust exploded and over billions of years “evolved.” It is the latter that is funded and elevated as the real “science” we incessantly hear drummed. Actually, it’s “science fiction.”
