Bill Criminalizing Private Firearm Transfers without Dealer-Run Background Check
Assembly Judiciary Committee will meet Saturday, June 1 at 8:00am. There could be a vote.
MESSAGE: Vote NO on SB221 which is defacto gun registration. Only honest law abiding citizens will submit to the background checks for private transfers of firearms through a dealer-run background check. SB221criminalizes private transfers of firearms without a dealer-run background check. Violations of this law could result in a loss of Second Amendment Rights. (You may want to write your own message.)
