I am one of 3 national leaders working to repeal ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) and restore FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) that was gutted by the Obama administration with no vote from Congress which now makes our children's personal data fair game for 3rd party contractors.
