Yet, Boehner and the House Republican Establishment have set a "deal" with Obama and Harry Reid that goes to a vote THIS WEEK once again surrendering all our hard-fought gains in the House — including the $61 billion in spending cuts and the promised DEFUNDING of ObamaCare and Planned Parenthood!
That's right! This sham deal smacks of appeasement and business as usual. It has been roundly denounced by stalwart Reps. Seventeen SEIU members were arrested Thursday and charged with disorderly conduct when protests staged at the capitol in Olympia, Wash., in opposition to a House plan to reduce state spending by $4.4 billion in the 2011-2013 budget, turned violent.

What the media call "raucous protesters" Adam Glickman, vice president of the Service Employees International Union Healthcare (SEIU), calls "nonviolent civil disobedience."

The actions that SEIU's Glickman calls "civil" were anything but, as officers were "kicked and elbowed" by an SEIU protester who was later booked on two counts of third-degree assault, according to Robert Calkins, spokesman for the Washington State Patrol.

Protests are scheduled to continue on Friday.

CNN Reports that Kathy Cummings, the director of communications for the Washington State Labor Council, expects up-to 5,000 protesters---some from Wisconsin---to engage in more raucous protests at the state capitol on Friday to protest the Senate's budget plan.

Simmons told Judge Andrew Napolitano during the judge’s nightly show on Fox Business Network Libyan refugees will be flown to New Jersey .

Napolitano, a Libertarian, believes the NATO no-fly zone President Barack Obama justified on a “humanitarian basis” is an unconstitutional action. The judge has also been critical of President George W. Bush.

Simmons said the US Dept. of State has a massive asylum initiative.

That initiative has not always gone well.

For air-quality regulators, the border creates a legal barrier. State and federal agencies can't force vehicles manufactured and bought in Mexico to comply with U.S. emissions rules, even though the trucks cross into this country.

Dear Conservatives,

After meeting with top Iranian diplomats this week, Egypt's Foreign Minister, Nabil Elaraby said that Egypt will re-establish full diplomatic ties with Iran. Those ties were broken more than 30 years ago following the Islamic revolution that overthrew the Shah of Iran and installed the violently anti-Israel and anti-American government in Teheran.

The continuing radical nature of Iran's mullahs apparently poses no problem to Egypt's new government. "The Egyptian and Iranian people deserve to have mutual relations reflecting their history and civilization," Elaraby said. The meeting and mutual statements of cooperation and common interests followed the decision by Egypt to allow two Iranian warships to pass through the Suez Canal last month. That was also a first since the Islamic Revolution in Iran in 1979. The Iranian ships included a massive supply ship which docked in Syria for a few days before returning to Iran.

Japan's Nuclear Volcano Erupts

Conditions at the stricken facility have steadily deteriorated and now the station is intermittently spewing lethal amounts of radiation into the atmosphere and around the world. A French nuclear group has warned that children and pregnant mothers should protect themselves from the fallout. According to Euractiv:

"The risks associated with iodine-131 contamination in Europe are no longer "negligible," according to CRIIRAD, a French research body on radioactivity. The NGO is advising pregnant women and infants against "risky behaviour," such as consuming fresh milk or vegetables with large leaves."
