I know that several European countries are being occupied by more and more Islamic Muslims trying to change the countries to Islamic or Sharia law. The only way that they can stop that is by calling for a civil war as we may have to do here in the USA too. And the perpetrator is a Tennessee lawyer who was appointed US Attorney by Barack Hussein Obama. Killian and Moore will provide input on how civil rights can be violated by those who post inflammatory documents targeted at Muslims on social media.

KIRNER TINKLES ON OUR TOES, HANDS OUT UMBRELLAS

AB46 doesn’t raise taxes.  

It’s worse. Far worse.

It essentially “enables” the Washoe County school district to seek a tax hike…without a 2/3 vote of the Legislature OR a vote of the people.  As conservative Republican State Sen. Don Gustavson explains…

“Years ago, Nevadans favored a constitutional change that restricted tax-happy legislators from raising your taxes without the approval of a two-thirds majority. Under AB46, the spirit of that constitutional mandate becomes moot.”

And as conservatives have warned, if they can pull this crap off is Washoe County, the dirty little tax-hiking trick will soon visit all of Nevada’s other counties.  And that’s what makes it so bad.

Make no mistake; this is an effort to raise taxes, plain and simple.  So any legislator who signed the Taxpayer Protection Pledge and thought voting for the bill wasn’t a Pledge violation because it didn’t raise taxes directly is wrong. 

The good news is that 8 Republicans in the Assembly voted against this effort to increase taxes, including all four of the Tax Pledge signers: Michele Fiore, Jim Wheeler, Pete Livermore and John Hambrick.

Can there be only one?

One lone Republican in Carson City who resisted pressure from lobbyists representing a multi-billion dollar industry and brutal pressure from Republican leadership.  

Brutal isn't even the correct word for it, it's nearly impossible to resist your peers when every single one of them gang up on you. These are people who at the drop of a hat can dump hundreds of thousands of dollars into your next opponent's campaign and just write it off as the cost of business for crossing them and voting against the herd.

Being able to resist such pressure is what separates the professional politicians from true statesmen, or a stateswoman in this instance.  Politicians are worried about their next election; this stateswoman is concerned about the next generation and giving people freedom to make their own medical decisions. 

Assemblywoman Michele Fiore stood up to the pharmaceutical lobbyists and their shills trying to stop S.B. 374, which will help end Big Pharma’s monopoly in Nevada on treating dozens of illnesses by allowing competition from legally prescribed medical marijuana, which gives people a choice to replace nearly all pain medications without the side effects of addiction, adverse reactions, and even death that many of pharmaceutical products have caused over the past several decades.

The word "Dhimmitude" is found in the new health care bill; so what does it mean?

Thought this was interesting and worth passing on.

Obama used it in the health care bill.
Now isn't this interesting?
It is also included in the health care law.

Dhimmitude -- I had never heard the word until now. I typed it into Google
and started reading. Pretty interesting. It's on page 107 of the healthcare bill. I looked this up on Google and yep, it exists.. It is a REAL word.

       If you think the Empire of Japan had nothing to do with Pearl Harbor, that Islam has nothing to do with terrorism, that amnesties don’t encourage illegal immigration, and if you were shocked, shocked!, to learn that gambling was going on at Rick’s American Club in "Casablanca" – then you probably believe that the White House was in no way connected to the current IRS scandal. 

       Last week, Acting IRS Commissioner Steven T. Miller and Lois Lerner, formerly in charge of the IRS division that deals with foundations, testified before Congress. 

       Lerner told the House Oversight Committee: "I have not done anything wrong" but "I will not answer any questions or testify today." Taking the Fifth Amendment is just what you’d expect from someone who did nothing wrong – like the guys with organized-crime ties. Apparently, Lerner also did nothing wrong when she ran the enforcement office at the Federal Election Commission and went after the Christian Coalition with a vengeance.
