(CNSNews.com) – ForAmerica, a conservative activist group, has produced a video challenging House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) and Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) not to be “chicken,” and to support the group’s “Cut, Cap, and Balance” pledge – cut the deficit, cap spending, and balance the budget.
The pledge would commit signatories to oppose any increase in the congressional debt limit (currently $14.29 trillion) unless substantial cuts in spending are made to reduce the deficit next year. Also, enforceable spending caps must be enacted to put the federal government on a path to a balanced budget, and Congress must pass a constitutional balanced budget amendment that permanently limits federal spending and requires a supermajority to enact tax increases.

Most of you that read these words are some of the first to know that Barack Obama's Administration is now allowing illegal aliens to remain in the United States without the fear of deportation. Even though the nation rejected the "Dream Act" at over 70% in virtually all polls, the Obama Administration quietly signed and distributed a memo last Friday, June 17, 2011 that stated:
"Prosecutorial Discretion" can be used by ICE when considering the deportation status of an illegal alien.
So what are just some of the "Prosecutorial Discretion's" they are going to consider?

If this was not bad enough, the United State's media is not reporting that President Barack Obama just allowed millions of illegal aliens to stay in the U.S. and has just "green lighted" millions more to cross the border illegally.
Try to find this story in the U.S. Media. CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, NY Times, LA Times are all silent. Where is the "Fourth Estate"? Why will they not report the executive branch forcing through an act that the legislative branch voted against multiple times?
So how will the abuse come?

On June 9, 2011 Captain Paul Fields of the Tulsa, Oklahoma Police Department was suspended for two weeks without pay, stripped of his command and prohibited from being considered for promotions for one year. His offense?
As a devout Christian, Captain Fields refused to attend a local mosque’s proselytizing event sponsored by the Islamic Society of Tulsa. He also refused to order his subordinates who felt the same way he did, to attend the event as well.

A top Virginia official is preparing to sue the Department of Homeland Security for information about 4,000 illegal immigrants delivered into federal custody after nearly 10 percent were later re-arrested in by Virginia law enforcement.
