Perhaps it is time to relocate the *boot* camps of the military to the Southern border until the WALL gets built and manned.  Line the Southern border with US Military personnel who have orders to SHOOT and send that word to the rest of the world.  Relocating the *boot camps* would give REAL training to those new soldiers and Pres. Trump could legitimately spend money in the military budget on protecting America from the invading hoards from the South and other places that use the Southern border as their entry points.  One of the *training* classes could be in building the wall as well as protecting our land from any foreign invaders.    Real life exercises -  two for one.
