I would be remiss if I didn't share my views regarding the false allegations being circulated by my opposition's supporters. I did not do the things they say that I did. The only thing I did is try to protect my children from a bad situation. These allegations are being put forward by opponents who have nothing else to run on, other than to try to make me look like I did something wrong.

All of this was done to try to compel me to resign. When that didn't work, a "confidential" extortion email was sent to me full of threats if I didn't withdraw from the election. When I didn't budge, the sender of the email then posted his "confidential" email online.

Seventeen years ago today, the lives of 230 men, women and children were snuffed out and the lives of their families and friends were forever changed. At 8:31 p.m. ET on July 17, 1996, TWA Flight 800 fell from the sky in a sickening fireball of debris and human carnage, plunging into the Atlantic Ocean about 8 miles off the southern coast of Long Island, New York. It was only twelve minutes into its flight from John F. Kennedy International Airport en route to Rome, Italy, with a scheduled stopover in Paris when the flight, like the lives of those aboard, was abruptly and prematurely terminated.

The evening was clear and the weather calm as the large passenger plane climbed to 13,700 feet and was traveling parallel to Long Island. Many people were outside on patios, beaches, and boats enjoying this pleasant summer evening when the serenity of the approaching twilight was shattered by an explosion in the sky that was TWA Flight 800. Not only did they witness the explosion and events leading up to it, but they also bore witness to much more.

Governor Rick Perry of Texas will sign the ban on late-term abortions tomorrow morning in a bill signing ceremony, after weeks of debate in the state legislature and passage of the bill despite an unruly pro-abortion mob.

After a day filled with pro-abortion threats, pro-life people hiding in secure areas of the capitol fearing for their safety and protestors disrupting the Senate proceedings, democracy finally prevailed. Members of the state Senate approved the bill to ban late-term abortions on a 19-11 margin on second reading. Ariel Castro Pleads Not Guilty to Kidnapping, Raping Women and Forcing Abortions
Cleveland kidnapping suspect Ariel Castro today pleaded not guilty to a 977-count indictment that includes charges related to kidnapping women and holding them in the basement of his home, where he raped them and assaulted them to the point of causing abortions.

MCKEON MADNESS ALMOST OVER...MAYBE

In a last-minute effort to salvage his campaign for Clark County GOP chairman, Dave McKeon sent out an email Tuesday night addressing the domestic violence allegations made against him by his former wife.

“I did not do the things they say that I did,” McKeon wrote.

Except…

The Superior Court of California disagreed, ruling that he was, in fact, a “domestic violence perpetrator.” I didn’t say that. A court of law said that.

When given a chance two weeks ago to address the allegations on Alan Stock’s radio program after he kept them secret from supporters for six whole months, McKeon was forced to admit the documents were, in fact, authentic and that he did, in fact, sign the documents admitting to the allegations.

His excuse on the Stock show was that he admitted to the domestic violence allegations just to get the divorce proceedings over with. So, as Stock pointed out, either McKeon lied to a court of law back then, or he’s lying to his supporters now. Either way…

McKeon then went on to accuse Stock of “setting him up,” even though McKeon voluntarily agreed to come on the program to address the allegations. That claim was just bizarre.
