OBAMA IS FLAUNTING HIS PRESIDENTIAL POWERS AND USING THE SYSTEM TO DELAY RULINGS

Last week, the U.S. Supreme Court grilled Barack Obama's top lawyer over the President's purported "recess" appointments to the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).
Top legal experts from across the political spectrum agreed that the Court, including some of its most left-wing justices, appeared highly skeptical of the arguments made by Obama's lawyer during oral argument.
Of course, no one can predict exactly how the Supreme Court will rule, but I believe the arguments against Obama's power grab are powerful.
As you may remember, last year, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia relied on arguments made by National Right to Work Foundation staff attorneys when it ruled the "recess" appointments were unconstitutional.
Foundation staff attorneys filed an amicus brief with the High Court for Jeanette Geary, a Rhode Island nurse, to ensure that the Court hears from the independent-minded workers victimized by the rogue Obama NLRB.

The last information I had, there are 4.6 million homeless Americans and more children now than ever are homeless and living in poverty. The government is not blind to this fact. More than likely, they contributed to these numbers. Military retirees were told to “embrace the suck” when their retirement was cut in the budget deal. Nancy Pelosi claimed so many cuts had been made that the “cupboard is bare.” This signals there is no more frivolous money that can be cut. Well that was proven less than accurate. So,where did the more than $300 million dollars in taxpayer money come from to send to Muslims to help pay their mortgages? 
American Overlook reports:

According to the Government Accountability Office, Obama’s administration will be handing over more than $300 million tax dollars to Muslims to help pay their mortgages. $110 million of this money will be used as loans for businesses located in the West Bank.
