This is both advertising and eye-opening information. The first part is important to know. It shows that the fed has found a way of completely controlling the states.

That is, as long as the Fed is not bankrupt.

But that is the possibility that the author doesn't seem to have taken into account.

Naturally, no one wants to see the US government go belly up. But neither do good people want to see the central government strong-arm the states as they are doing now.
