I'm tired, I really am. When I write I have a specific audience in mind and it seems that I am not getting through to them. Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate the responses I get from those who do read, and agree with what I am saying. The truth, however, is that I am wasting my time if the only people who read these little missives are the ones who already agree with what I am saying.

Listen, I am not the brightest kid on the block. That may come as a surprise to many, but it's the truth. I do however feel passionate about the subject matter I write about, and I think it is that which separates me from the mindless mass of humanity to whom these missives are written for. I feel that people simply do not care enough to take the time to educate themselves, they would rather 'go with the flow' and not rock the boat. If it were any different I would be seeing a change in people's attitudes, but unfortunately I don't.

Untouchable. That is what President Obama believes that he is. If you’ve seen the movie “The Untouchables” that chronicles the days of Al Capone in Obama’s hometown of Chicago, then you will totally get this. Capone broke every law in the book, yet still viewed himself as untouchable. After all, he had law enforcement agents, attorneys, even judges bought and paid for. They towed the line and Capone beat the rap over and over again for crime after crime. Until, that is, a certain tax agent named Elliot Ness entered the picture. He was relentless in his pursuit of Capone and, when one of his men was murdered, the killer scrawled the word “Touchable” in blood on the wall.

Our petition system is a powerful tool that puts you in direct contact with those that are elected to represent you. We pride ourselves on offering this tool, but it does come with a cost to us. Help us continue to empower all patriots out there HERE.

How Asian immigrants get preferential treatment when starting a business

I’ve known about the Asian ownership of our gas stations, hotels and dunkin’ donuts for quite some time but I had no idea just how prevalent the ‘Asian ownership’ was until I drove from Des Moines, Iowa to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania some few years ago.

The Mississippi River had flooded again so I had to take a long detour around I-80 and it was there where I saw it. Imagine my surprise when I walked into an Antique store to ask for directions and saw, to my great dismay, an Indian from India. Now these weren’t Antiques from India, they were American and European Antiques. Needless to say, I didn’t ask for any directions. The next Town I stopped in only had one gas station and guess what? It was owned by a Chinese person.

Throughout my trip, a pattern was emerging. Everywhere I stopped, no matter how small the Town, an Asian could be found owning something. How did this come to be?

Well, we all know it came slow and long ago but as far as I’m concerned, it came mostly in 1990 when our “Leaders” enacted IMMACT which gives us this: “under the new provisions; increases in the proportion of immigrants coming from Asia, with a corresponding decrease in the numbers from northern and western Europe” [1] All one needs to do is look around to see that that’s true.

Perhaps the best way to start this column is to relate an actual story of a husband and wife in Idaho who were the recipients of EPA's fascism. Michael and Chantell Sackett, husband and wife, had purchased a building lot in a subdivision in the Pan Handle of Idaho, near Priest Lake. They had obtained permits to build their home and were readying the lot for the foundation, which required some filling and some leveling of the lot.
