LIBERALS USE CONNECTICUT TRAGEDY AS POLITICAL FODDER IN LIEU OF PRAYING !

Dear Conservatives,

The murders committed in Connecticut earlier today have left me feeling sad and angry.

Quite frankly, I’ve had difficulty staying focused, listening to news reports and thinking about my wife and two young children aged 8 and 11 at home.

I can only imagine the pain the parents and families of those who were murdered at the hands of this evil individual are feeling right now.

My prayers and those of my staff here at the National Association for Gun Rights go out to the families of the victims.

But already, like in so many cases from years past, the gun control lobby is shamelessly using the blood of innocents to advance their anti-gun agenda.

Right now, members of the Washington, D.C. gun control lobby are gathered on the street in front of the White House.

1.  The Evangelists’ Failure

Somewhere in America this week, Protestant Christ followers will donate money to fund missionaries. The offering for the Lottie Moon fund will be collected. Mission to the World will get a check. The Foreign Mission Board will be funded and prayed for. The Salvation Army bell will be rung.

Around the nation, Evangelical America will, throughout the year, hear tales of their missions, missionaries, and their money at work drawing people in foreign lands and occasional parts of the United States to Christ. They will hear of using their money to rebuild churches and homes after disaster, to care for the homeless, and to fund retirements of past preachers of the Truth. They will get lists of where their missionaries are, some with the word “Sensitive” in place of the name of China or Syria or Cuba. They will pray.

On Monday morning, many in Evangelical America will get up and take their kids off to a church affiliated school, having chosen to remove their children from declining, failing, and secular government schools. Others will wake and teach their children themselves, sometimes combining with other parents to homeschool.

IF TEXAS SCHOOLS CANNOT PRAY THEY CANNOT TEACH ABOUT ALLAH! WHERE IS JESUS TAUGHT?

Most of this made my blood boil. Communists have taken over our schools.

As for the Allah teachings, while Allah is a word used correctly by Arab Christians and missionaries to Arab countries to denote the living God of the Hebrews and of Christians, when it is used my Muslims, it denotes a god who bears no resemblance to God Almighty.

I have read emails from uninformed Christians saying that Allah was evil. The issue isn't that straightforward. It depends on which Allah you are referring to--theirs or ours. If you want to avoid this thorny issue, you can always say Mohammed was evil. That is a much different statement.

When you were licking envelopes (who else suffered some very painful paper cuts?), making phone calls (who else got cussed out and had the phone slammed down on them multiple times?) and walking door-to-door (who else sweated like a pig or got drenched by a sudden rain storm?)…

Did you do all that so Republicans in Congress could sell us out on taxes?
