Let me repeat that: otherwise leftwing CBS anchor Jonathan Karl is defending conservatives against Obama's IRS. Sounds like the war is over, right?

But caution is advised, more so now than ever: Since the Dems are obviously throwing Obama overboard, that means they are trying to do damage control. It does NOT mean they are willing to relinquish power. Au contraire. Do you notice how they planted RINO John McCain in their video as a spokesman condemning the IRS's anticonservative actions? Who is McCain to speak on this issue? Does his condmentation of the IRS's actions mean that McCain is a conservative? Well, no, not quite. McCain is imperceptibly off to the right of most lefties. But he is their bosom pal, their Judas goat who goes after the unsuspecting prey. He is nothing more than controlled opposition and wants to cede American sovereignty just as fervently as the Bush father and son team did.

Are we unsuspecting prey?

No, we are not. I had said earlier that this is a very good news day. Yes it is. And no it is not.Not if you stop fighting here and now. The battle has only just begun. The unsuspecting prey will sing hallelujah and let their guard down. Wrong move entirely. The grail for the Left and the RINOs (also lefty wolves under that fleece) is amnesty for lawbreakerrs.

Seems the City of North Las Vegas is mulling a scheme in which it would abuse its eminent domain powers to take the homes of people who are underwater and sell them at a ginormous discount to some property investors while simultaneously screwing the current mortgage holders out of a bundle of dough. 

The city, of course, as is Vegas tradition, will get its vig in the deal, too.

Demands answers about reports that the IRS unfairly targeted conservative groups

(Washington, D.C.) – Today, U.S. Senator Dean Heller (R-NV) called for Acting IRS Commissioner Miller and Treasury Secretary Lew to answer questions surrounding reports that the IRS unfairly targeted conservative groups.  The letter asks Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus (D-MT) and Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations Chairman Carl Levin (D-MI) to ensure that these individuals are included in hearings that Senator Baucus called for today .

Biometric Database of All Adult Americans Hidden in Immigration Reform

The immigration reform measure the Senate began debating yesterday would create a national biometric database of virtually every adult in the U.S., in what privacy groups fear could be the first step to a ubiquitous national identification system.

Buried in the more than 800 pages of the bipartisan legislation (.pdf)  is language mandating the creation of the innocuously-named “photo tool,” a massive federal database administered by the Department of Homeland Security and containing names, ages, Social Security numbers and photographs of everyone in the country with a driver’s license or other state-issued photo ID.

Employers would be obliged to look up every new hire in the database to verify that they match their photo.

Comment: Please tell us if we heard correctly. 

     At 4:00, Good Pastor Manning says, "Obama says he was born in Hawaiian,...which would have made him natural born because one of his parents was indeed an American."  The linked column says that "...Natural Born Citizen”...requires that you be born of two American citizen parents and be born on American soil."  And that, Folks, is NOT what the Good Pastor says, though we're OK with either

    That does NOT mean that we are right or wrong. It just means that we can see how that "could" be.

    For example, the Ark Case (only SCOTUS Case with the specific objective) RULED that Ark, born in the USA of two legal foreign nationals, was a "citizen" (not "natural born").  Therefore, to us, "nbc" needs to be something beyond "Born in the USA"...and " of at least one citizen parent" satisfies that for us.

    Mr. Obama's issue is also that there is no valid, rightly-certified as his "Original Hawaiian Birth Certifcate" hard document released by Mr. Obama. (The 2008 CoLB was/is INVALID, says so at its very bottom...and the 4-2511 "electronic image" is NOT CERTIFIED as his "Original Hawaiian Birth Certificate  ...and, by the way, in the "certification", the word "THE" is spelled "TXE").  We will leave any alleged forgery aspects to the Law Enforcement, Legal and Forensic experts presently pursuing that.

    So, "we" then know nothing about Mr. Obama, confirmed by valid documentation.  This is not to say that he is or is not eligible.  Just that his releasing his OWN reportedly sealed and vaulted "Original Hawaiian Birth Certificate" would help conclude this issue so the country can then move on.

    In the link, listen closely to what that jerk Chuck Todd says about the Founding Fathers meaning of "natural born"(... does it mean that "citizenship" is based upon your birthplace or parentage, that Cruz says his "citizenship" was passed on to him by his mother and "immigration law" seems to back him up on that).  And that, Folks, is the kind of spintrash slime that has caused viewers to abandon his network/show for the sinking tanker that they are.

    As for "Citizenship Law Expert" Spiro, it amazes us to what depths he debases himself (and Temple University) on this issue.  It is impossible to take him Spiro seriously  as he looks and sounds like a bad standup comic anyway.  And the Good Pastor nails him but good.

Watching the events of the past weeks Benghazi hearings has been a little disturbing, to say the least. By all rights this scandal should lead to impeachment hearings for President Obama and his entire administration as far as I am concerned. It won’t though because there isn’t enough outrage among a population that has been indoctrinated into a worldview that espouses big government. Also, half the country is still blind to the reality that there is something much larger at work here, if they are even aware of it all. For those of us that are paying attention we face an uphill battle against a radical minority who not only controls the opinions of the masses through media but education as well.
