The legislative and judicial branches of our government are systematically destroying America’s religious foundation and whether you personally believe in God or not is irrelevant to the danger inherent in that. The fact is the vast majority of Americans do believe in God and religion is and has been a strong foundation upon which they depend to fill many needs in their lives—regardless of which religion they follow.

South Dakota district challenged over allowing Bibles to be distributed to elementary students

An Associated Press (AP) article in the Argus Leader reports that the American Civil Liberties Union of South Dakota (ACLU-SD) is demanding that the Miller School District (MSD) stop its practice of allowing Bibles to be distributed to fifth-graders. MSD’s board had recently voted to allow Gideons International to distribute pocket-size New Testaments to fifth-graders.

The Internal Revenue Service told Congress Friday that is has lost more than two years worth of emails, dating from 2009-2011, between former employee Lois G. Lerner--who resigned over her role in the recent scandal that found the IRS accused of targeting the Tea Party and other conservative groups--and both other IRS employees and outside organizations.

DOD Outlines Authority For Employing Military Force Against American Citizens

Obama, fresh off his Rose Garden triumph to free 5 of the most dangerous “international terrorists” in captivity, announced an effort to re-establish a law-enforcement group to prevent “homegrown terrorism,” according to a report in World Net Daily. The panel apparently will include representatives from the National Security Division of the Justice Department, the US Attorney General’s office, and the FBI. Reuters News Service and The Washington Times reported that the new panel, to be announced this week, will focus on cases “that involve Americans who may be spurred to violence for political or prejudicial reasons.” The Obama administration will employ the US military, DHS, and Special Weapons Para –military Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Teams that were created in non-security related Federal Agencies against unrest by “domestic groups.”
