Judge Allows Hospital to Take Jahi McMath Off Life Support, Family Considers Appeal
A judge has ruled that a hospital in Oakland, California can remove life support from Jahi McMath, 13, who has been declared brain-dead days after undergoing surgery to have her tonsils removed. Her family is already devastated enough but has had to fight the hospital, which wanted to take her off life support against their wishes.

By using a little known loophole in the 2006 Great Lakes Compact, Obama minions are allowing Nestle Company to export precious fresh water out of Lake Michigan to the tune of an estimated $500,000 to $1.8 million per day profit.’

China would not have the military capabilities they have now if it were not for the greed for money and power, and desire of some to control and destroy the United States.  Our Government, the International Banks, the Big Corporations, and everyone who thought they could get rich by selling us out to China has brought us to this point.

Bill Clinton, The Bushes, Richard Nixon, and other government traitors are responsible on the government's part for this.  Clinton gave China the ICBM Technology and who knows what else, without it, they could not have the ICBM. Israeli military intelligence estimates Hezbollah has 80,000 missiles and rockets of all calibers, ranging from ballistic missiles with warheads packing 700 pounds of high explosives, to short-range rockets, many of them aimed at cities including Tel Aviv. Some estimates go as high as 100,000.

Kerry To Present 'Framework Agreement' To Israel, Palestinians Later This Month

 

In an attempt to re-energize the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, US Secretary of State John Kerry intends to present a "framework agreement" to both sides by the end of the month, London-based newspaper Asharq Al-Awsat reported on Sunday.

Quoting anonymous Arab League sources, the paper reported the agreement will include security measures meant to assuage both sides.

On two visits earlier this month Kerry presented to PA President Mahmoud Abbas and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu security “ideas” based on the work that a team of some 160 US officials, headed by retired US Marine Corps Gen. John Allen, drew up defining what it thought would be necessary for Israel’s security if a Palestinian state were created.

Those ideas reportedly included an IDF presence in the Jordan Valley for an extended period, between 10 and 15 years.

Thomas More Law Center Requests Temporary Restraining Order in New Case Challenging the HHS Mandate On Monday, December 23, 2013, the Thomas More Law Center (TMLC), a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, filed a motion for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) in its newest case challenging the HHS Mandate.  The case has been assigned to Federal District Judge Stephen J. Murphy, III.       TMLC attorney, Erin Mersino, filed the new case on December 20, 2013 on behalf of the Ave Maria Foundation, Ave Maria Communications, Domino’s Farms Petting Farm. Rhodora J. Donahue Academy Inc., and the Thomas More Law Center, all founded by Catholic philanthropist Tom Monaghan.  The Plaintiffs at first sought to be included in an HHS challenge that was already pending before Judge Lawrence Zatkoff. That request was denied on December 20, 2013, and hours later on that same day, Mersino filed TMLC’s newest case.  Due to the late date, Plaintiffs were forced to request injunctive relief on an emergency basis because the HHS Mandate will be enforced against them beginning January 1, 2014.
