I fault Trump for not defying the thugs in black robes. Citing Jefferson, Jackson, and Lincoln, Pat Buchanan wrote an xlnt Vdare article in 2017 about the above presidents openly defying their respective Supreme Courts. Lincoln even threatened to send troops to arrest the Chief Justice; he needs to walk the walk with these Marxist courts. They fabricate laws or the intent of laws and they should be rebuked forcefully.
