| Dear Fellow Nevadan,
Sunday marks the fifteenth anniversary of the September 11th
terror attacks. Let’s reflect on the liberties guaranteed to us in the
Constitution and the values of faith, family and country that make the
United States the greatest nation on Earth. Let us also honor the heroes
of September 11th for their sacrifice and give thanks for
the service of the brave patriots who wear our nation’s uniform on the
front lines and continue the fight to keep our country safe because like
the rest of our nation, they’ll never forget. Congress returned to Washington this week from the August District work period. I had the opportunity to speak twice on the House Floor. On Friday, I recognized my hometown of Mesquite for becoming a Purple Heart City and Wednesday, I spoke about the Natural Resources Committee hearing I held this summer at North Las Vegas City Hall. |
