This is about the biggest lie told by Obama in 2016. It rates just about equal with his, "If you like your doctor you can keep your doctor," lie in 2010.
Obama knows, but will not tell America, that the FBI. NSA and several intelligent services were the source of the WIKILEAKS hacks of both Hillary's as well as the DNC information made public during the General Election period.
To sanction Russia is merely a ruse to detract from the serious damage done to Israel regarding the settlement issue.
Obama apparently has no care about his legacy as the President of the USA. As the MSM is busily 'selling' America on Obama's popularity and other positive news (all phony) he operates as if he were a Dictator and endowed with immunity for his ill conceived actions.
