Then the RINOs - 20 at last count - made their move and

to spontaneously declare, for the record, that Boehner
should snatch defeat from the jaws of victory... betray the American
people... and surrender unconditionally to Barack Obama on ObamaCare.
Their rallying cry? ... Forget the fact that we finally have the political advantage...
give
Barack Obama everything he wants before we're forced to keep the
promises we made to the American people and derail the ObamaCare train
wreck.
And without missing a beat, Mr. I-Will-Not-Negotiate, Barack Obama, called John Boehner and Mitch McConnell to the White House to demand their surrender.
As we write this appeal, Republican leaders are standing their ground but
we're
not going to stand for this betrayal... we're going to nip it in the

Well,
I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill
3200: The Affordable Health Care
Choices Act of 2009.
I
studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise,
constitutional law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed
law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional. What I found
was far worse than what I had heard or expected.
To
begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its
implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the media
are saying. The law does provide for rationing of health care,
particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are
involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion
services, and probably forced participation in abortions by
members of the medical profession.
The
Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out of
business, and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions
about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal
bureaucrats, and most of them will not be health care professionals.
Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of
necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled by the
government.

D.C. REFUSES TO SHUT DOWN
Washington, D.C. is a very
strange place. The Constitution grants Congress considerable power over
the District, including having final say over its annual budget. This
has long irked local DC politicians. What happens if the federal
government shuts down? Much of D.C. government would, too, except for
essential
personnel. Sensing an opportunity to get a bit of publicity, D.C. 's
very liberal Mayor, Vincent Gray, decided last week that all city employees were essential, and he would not send a single
one of them home if Congress fails to adopt a new spending plan. Gray hoped he would be arrested
for his trouble - it's against federal law
for him to spend money without Congress having first appropriated it.
But as putting Gray in handcuffs would require Eric Holder to do
something
constructive with his time, the Mayor, instead, found a pot of money he
and the city council can use to keep the city's trash pick-up, libraries
and
parks going strong.

Area reporters are saying that a car chase beginning off-campus (campus being Capitol grounds) ended up immediately near the House of Representatives area. A small child was reportedly removed from the car of the shooter and is apparently safe. The shooter has been reported to have run from the scene of the car.
A stretcher bearing a white male, apparently a wounded police officer or a congressional aide , was taken to an ambulance.
There will be a news briefing within minutes.
LATER: It turns out the only shots were shots of vodka! The results of this were immediately clear and noticeable... Obama crapped in his pants!

Washington Post front-page photo shows Park Service employees shutting
down access to the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial on the mall. I have
visited the memorial several times in the past and have never seen any
Park Service employees. Where did they come from?
The "shutdown" is a show.
All
of a sudden, these Park Service employees have appeared—with gates and
police tape—to prohibit access, in the name of blaming congressional
Republicans and causing inconvenience to tourists. Our media go along
with the façade.
This
is even more of a show than "Propaganda Village," a fake "town" built
by the North Koreans in the North's half of the Korean Demilitarized
Zone to fool people in the south. I visited the DMZ and saw the place
from afar. It was designed to entice South Koreans to defect to the
north. It looks real, but nobody lives there.

defeated Rep. Jim Bilbray and was
elected to Congress - Democrats outnumbered Republicans in Nevada by 11,520
voters.
In
January 1995, I was elected chairman of the Clark County Republican Party. And using funds raised by Ensign and under
the direction of GOP uber-consultant Benay
Stout, we launched an innovative, never-been-done-before voter registration
program that then-Clark County Registrar of Voters Katherine Ferguson threatened to sue us over to stop.
In
October 1995 – just before the Nevada GOP hosted the Western States Republican
Leadership Conference at the new MGM Grand, and after I moved up to executive
director of the Nevada GOP under then-Chairman John Mason - Nevada became a Republican-majority state for the
first time since Reconstruction.
In
March of 1996, Dan Burdish took my
job as executive director of the Nevada Republican Party and continued the
program with money raised by then-Nevada GOP Finance Chairman George Harris. By October of that year, Republicans
outnumbered Democrats by 4,211 voters for the ’96 election…a lead it maintained
for the duration of the 90s before Burdish, Harris and I all moved on from
party politics.
