Conservatives,
Parental rights are under attack now more than ever before.
As you may have seen late last week, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommended adding the COVID vaccine to the list of mandatory vaccines that children must receive to attend school.
That’s right.
The CDC wants to force your children or grandchildren to receive a vaccine, that is still very new raising legitimate concerns over its short-term and long-term effects.
Taking a vaccine is a deeply personal decision. One that should be made by parents – not a room full of bureaucrats.
But the radical left doesn’t want anyone challenging its agenda. Big tech companies like Twitter have even censored actual doctors and medical professionals who have spoken out against requiring the vaccine for children.
Twitter even temporarily censored Dr. Joseph Ladapo—the State Health Officer and Surgeon General of Florida—after he tweeted out a student showing a dramatic increase in cardiac deaths for COVID-19 vaccinated men ages 18-39.
Even Harvard Medical School educated physicians, like Dr. Ladapo, are not beyond the reach of Twitter’s thought police.
The collusion between Big Tech and Big Government to control the information that Americans are allowed to consume is frightening.
That is why we are still suing Senator Alex Padilla and Twitter over its censorship of our client, Rogan O’Handley.
Rogan merely used his platform on Twitter to call for an audit of the 2020 election.
But Rogan’s expressed desire for election integrity inspired the state of California to pressure Twitter to censor and ultimately kick Rogan off Twitter permanently.
This isn’t a George Orwell novel; it is the United States of America.
While Big Tech and Big Government continue to censor conservative voices on the modern public square, history continues to validate our beliefs.
When Gavin Newsom shut down public and private schools across the state of California relegating more than 80% of California’s students to online only education, we filed a federal lawsuit because we knew kids would be hurt by the Governor’s decision.
We knew it.
You knew it.
We all knew it.
In a recent interview, even Dr. Fauci, when asked if shutting the schools down was a bad decision, FINALLY admitted that "Yeah, I would say that what we should realize, and have realized, that there will be deleterious collateral consequences when you do something like that.”
As you may recall, we’re still fighting back against Newsom’s unlawful shutdown of schools in California with our lawsuit Brach v. Newsom.
In fact, we’ve filed a cert petition with the United States Supreme Court.
It’s up to patriots like you and me to stand up to the thought police—to Big Tech and Big Government— and hold them accountable.
Are freedoms are too fragile to take for granted.
Together, we can, and we will win.
Thank you for your continued support.
