Who decides when Joe Biden can/will address a joint session of Congress? However, it is customary for a president to address a join session of Congress early in his term. This one is being delayed, we hear by COVID. Speaker Pelosi says the Capitol doctor will let us know when it is safe for all 535 members to gather together and hear Joe Biden share his thoughts with Congress and the country. Our question... What's the hold up? Aren't they all vaccinated? And, didn't the CDC director tell us they can't get COVID or carry it if they're vaccinated? (See below.) Why the delay? GET  THE STORY

The CDC's Dr. Walensky announced their data (aka "SCIENCE") showed vaccinated people do not get sick from the virus and they don't carry the virus. Sooooooo, if we get 250-300 million people vaccinated by May 1st, we should achieve "herd immunity" and be fully opened, right? Nah, that would make too much sense.
