The Department of Homeland Security can't get more in the face of lawless politicians in California then this recent action in SF. ICE had presented California officials with NINE previous detainer requests for the criminal alien creep Alberto Uc Ponce of somewhere south of the border. He was finally carted away by ICE while headed to court for yet another crime against the citizens of California.
In a quote that could have been drafted by Montgomery County Executive Marc Elrich, SF District Attorney Chesa Boudin stated " ICE actions in or near our courthouses deters people from accessing our justice system, making us all less safe". Really??
Note: Annapolis Senate Bill 903/House Bill 403, if passed by our neo-Confederate Dem legislators, would make courthouses in Maryland off limits to ICE agents. Thank goodness for the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution which overrides anti-American citizen legislation like this.
Question, when is ICE going to arrest County Executive Marc Elrich and other Maryland politicians for aiding and abetting illegal alien criminal creeps?
