Our thanks to Frances in Germany for this. The linked
article is in German but just briefly, it says that a big offensive against ISIS
has been staged in Iraq near Tikrit. The article says the fighters were Iraqi
regulars and Iraqi militias. BUT apparently this was damage control because THIS
article http://www.thetower.org/ 1728oc-involvement-of-iran- shiite-militias-in-tikrit- offensive-raises-fears-of- growing-sectarianism-in-iraq/ says Iranian fighters were involved.
Of course the writer frets that this could give too much
power to the Iranians. Of course he makes that sound bad. He wants to keep his
job in a Neocon-dominated world.
If Iran and Iraq do merge, that will help restore a badly
needed balance in the Middle East, which is currently dominated by SUNNIS (Saudi
Arabia et al). All of the groups that behead people for not being Muslims
or the right sort of Muslims are SUNNI. ALL of them.
We need to keep reminding ourselves of this because the
lying press wants us to hate SHIA Iran while giving SUNNI ISIS-funding
Saudi Arabia a pass.
FACT: Shiite Iran is less violent and more tolerant of other
religions (except Baha'i, unfortunately). BIBLES are allowed in Iran, NOT in
Saudi Arabia. More Jews live in Iran than in any other Muslim
country.
All of the above is knowledge forbidden by the
Neocons.
So if you want to be a good Neocon, deny, deny, deny,
obfuscate, invent. Hurry, people are starting to wake up!
Oops, more bad news for the Iranophobes:
Christianity has a long history
in Iran, dating back to the early years of the faith. It has been practiced in
Iran longer than the state religion, Islam. It has always been a minority religion, with the majority state
religions — Zoroastrianism bef ore the Islamic conquest, Sunni
Islam in the Middle Ages
andShia Islam in modern times —
though it had a much larger representation in the past than it does today.
Christians of Iran have played a significant part in the history of Christian
mission.
Today, there are at least 600 churches for 250,000 Christians in
Iran.[1]
Guess how many churches in Saudi
Arabia, our "ally"? NONE. Churches are BANNED in that SUNNI
country.
