Media reports indicate that President Obama is proceeding with plans to expand his DACA amnesty program, even though it was a primary cause of the border surge crises. 

• Obama apparently aims to vastly expand the amnesty to parents and family members of those who have already received it—illegal aliens 30 years of age or younger who were brought to the U.S. as minors. 
• Millions of work permits have already been given to illegal alien "children." 
• Obama's next plan would mean additional millions of work permits, even as Americans struggle to find and keep jobs.

As you know, the House listened to your pleas for sane immigration policy.  Just before the August legislative recess it passed HR 5272 to cut funding for the DACA program and stop future expansions of it.

The Senate returns to session in a few days, and, if it were interested in truly addressing our immigration crisis and the border surge, it would pass the House bill.
