Dear Conservatives,
Union-label Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is fuming.
You see, Senator Reid was clearly hoping the Senate Labor Committee would just rubber-stamp the nomination of the biased, pro-forced unionism Thomas Perez as Barack Obama's next Labor Secretary.
The Senate Republicans' decision to delay the vote last week is an encouraging sign they are listening to concerned citizens like you, but it's vital we keep up the pressure.
Now Senate Labor Committee Chairman Tom Harkin has scheduled a new vote for this Thursday morning.
I want to be ready to flood the Capitol Hill offices of every Senator with fax petitions from concerned citizens like you should the nomination reach the Senate floor.
My staff has informed me that almost 45,000 Right to Work supporters, including you, have authorized their free fax petitions, but more are needed.

After Big Labor unleashed another Billion Dollar political spending blitz in 2012 to re-elect Barack Obama and other forced-unionism partisans, Obama is eager to pay back his union-boss benefactors with more sweetheart deals and special privileges.
If you thought the last four years were bad, just think about what the Obama Administration has in store for worker freedom now that Obama is no longer accountable to the voters.
Make no mistake, Thomas Perez is another forced-unionism partisan who has repeatedly gone to the mat for Big Labor:
*** As Maryland's Secretary of Labor, Thomas Perez greased the skids to more easily force unionization on childcare providers.
That scheme mirrors Big Labor's nationwide strategy to force in-home care providers -- even parents, grandparents, and babysitters who take care of sick and disabled children with state assistance -- into dues-paying ranks.

*** Perez repeatedly tapped into the Big Labor well to fill political appointments.
In fact, Perez even gave a political appointment to a former organizer from the Laborers International Union of North America, an organization the Department of Labor Inspector General's racketeering section considered corrupt.

*** While on the Montgomery County Council, Perez allegedly used his position to influence, intimidate and pressure employers on behalf of Communications Workers of America union officials.
Attempting to justify those tactics, Perez made the offensive and derogatory comment that unionized workers "would be more productive, more motivated and more loyal" than non-union workers.
The more than 93 percent of American private-sector workers free from union control don't need that kind of bias at the Department of Labor.Attempting to justify those tactics, Perez made the offensive and derogatory comment that unionized workers "would be more productive, more motivated and more loyal" than non-union workers.
Not only that, our economy just can't afford it.
With a committee vote scheduled for Thursday morning, time is running out.
Thank you for signing your petition. I hope you'll help us build even more grassroots opposition to Thomas Perez's nomination by forwarding this to your friends, family, and like-minded citizens.
And because I'm afraid we're really stretching our budget thin to alert even more concerned citizens to Thomas Perez's record, I hope you'll chip in with a contribution of $10 or more as well.
The committee vote is in just two days. Please act at once.
Sincerely,
Mark Mix
P.S. The U.S. Senate Labor Committee is set to act on Barack Obama's nomination of forced-unionism partisan Thomas Perez as Labor Secretary on Thursday morning. Perez has a long track record of using his power to do Big Labor's bidding.
