Judge OKs Recall Vote to take place on Ariz. Senator Russell Pearce (author of Immigration law)
Our hero, Senator Pearce, has a chance of being recalled for standing up to the leftist machine and attempting to enforce the law the Feds wouldn't enforce. He authored the famous SB 1070 that several other states have since introduced and several voted into law in their states. The feds/DOJ have also filed suit against those states.
Senator Pearce has a group opposing him and hell bent on making sure he is recalled from the State Senate. We need to do everything in our power to ensure that the conservative base in his district GET out to SUPPORT Senator Pearce when this recall election takes place. We must not let them win.
I have spent a good amount of time with Senator Pearce in person and through other correspondence. He is a good man set on protecting Arizona and our Arizona economy from the illegal influx. His goal was to put some teeth in the lawman's ability to act when they needed too. It would be a real shame and a slap in the face of law abiding citizens if this man is recalled.

PHOENIX — A recall election against a politician who authored Arizona's controversial immigration enforcement law can go ahead as planned, a judge ruled Friday.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Hugh Hegyi threw out nearly all of the lawsuit that alleged flaws in the recall drive against state Senate President Russell Pearce.
The lawsuit by Pearce supporter Franklin Bruce Ross sought to have the Nov. 8 election called off on the grounds that recall supporters fell short of the required 7,756 voter signatures from Pearce's district in Mesa. Election officials say recall backers handed in 10,365 valid signatures.
