At least 14 people, including several children, were injured in a mass shooting on Chicago's West Side on Halloween night.
Police confirmed that among those injured were a 3-year-old, an 11-year-old, and a 13-year-old. Police said the rest of the shooting victims were adults. Additionally, authorities reported that a person was reportedly hit by a car in addition to the gunshot victims. No further information was provided about the victim hit by a car.
The drive-by attack lasted only 3 seconds, and the shooters fired randomly into the crowd. According to Chicago Police Superintendent David Brown, no suspects have been detained, and it's unknown why the attack occurred. No fatalities have been recorded as of yet.
