The purpose of the U.S. Constitution is to limit federal centralized government, and to establish very strict parameters for its authority and power.

This foundational principle to our nation is under direct and growing attack. This assault did not begin with Mr. Biden taking possession of the White House, nor by his puppet master Obama when he occupied the residence, nor prior with so-called conservative presidents (with the exception of Ronald Reagan) and liberal ones both sides working toward the elimination of what our founders so diligently brought forth as a gift to WE THE PEOPLE. No…the assault on State Sovereignty and individual freedoms granted by the U.S. Constitution has been progressing in a mean-spirited manner for a number of years. We are now witnessing an all-out frontal assault to take rights guaranteed by our founding documents. No longer subtle or seductive, but the arrogant in your face seizing by a centralized diabolical power void of insight or consideration to the decimation created promoting the fear our Founders knew well and fought against.

The Framers of our founding principles rejected the concept of a central government that would act upon and through the States, and instead designed a system in which the state and federal governments would exercise concurrent responsibility and authority over the citizens. This separation of the two spheres is one of the brilliant aspects of the Constitution’s structural protections of liberty. The evil emanating from the swamp is hell-bent on reversing all individual freedoms, and eliminating the sovereignty of each state in the union.

The Attorney General of the Great State of Missouri stood his constitutional ground and said, “NO!” No federal government, you cannot walk into the State of Missouri and have unfettered access to the confidential list of citizens permitted to carry firearms under the provisions of “concealed carry.” Thank God for an elected official who placed freedom and constitutional rights above political sway. Furthermore, several Sheriffs in Missouri have stood their ground as the chief law enforcement officer within their county, and would not comply with FBI Mandates advising the FBI will be showing up in August to audit records of citizens permitted to carry concealed weapons. The letter below from the Attorney General of Missouri is an example of a state official standing in the gap between a runaway federal, centralized power and WE THE PEOPLE.

I pray the Missouri Attorney General receives the accolades of the Sheriffs in Missouri, the citizens of that Great State, and citizens from across our exceptional nation. I pray that Attorney General Eric Schmitt of Missouri is followed by other elected officials across America stopping the runaway power grab and disrespect for our U.S. Constitution and related founding principles now emanating from the Swamp.
