Dear Conservatives,
Today, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in two major cases you may not have heard about yet, but their decisions could have far-reaching effects on religious freedom in this country.
In those appeals, the Justices took up challenges to the federal OSHA vaccine mandate requiring businesses with 100 or more employees to force their employees to become vaccinated, and to another federal mandate requiring the forced vaccination of almost all health care workers.
The Supreme Court agreed to hear these cases in the wake of a flood of lawsuits filed by states, businesses, and individuals challenging two of the Biden administration’s shockingly lawless dictates.
At the same time, the Thomas More Society is prosecuting a lawsuit filed against the State of New York on behalf of nurses and doctors facing termination after being forced to choose between violating their consciences by taking the vaccine or losing their jobs…
…and another lawsuit against the University of Colorado, which is forcing both students and staff to make the same painful choice.
And we are preparing to file several more in the very near future.
Please join us in prayer for the Justices who are about to decide these two monumental cases and for us as we press forward in our quest to preserve religious liberty and the rule of law in our country.
