They really wanted to title the article:
"Frederick County Sheriff Jenkins And Deportation Are Bad For Illegals!"
Hope all had a Happy Thanksgiving! I had no idea the Washington Post was giving out free "turkeys" to its readers this Thanksgiving Season, giblets included. This turkey of an article is a contrived piece of shoddy journalism with the sole purpose of justifying the Biden Regime sponsored illegal alien invasion at our Southern Border. How dare anyone actually try to enforce immigration laws!
Pulled together by their leftist and quite diverse team of "reporters", fresh and rejuvenated from their January 6 insurrection and white supremist Kyle Rittenhouse gigs, the article carries the same old Wash Post themes:
- Illegals are good - "We're human beings" - We just happened to show up without official permission or papers (accidently left on their kitchen tables in El Salvador or elsewhere).
- Enforcing immigration law is bad and of course racist - Especially when you do it to criminal aliens with families.
- It's ok for illegal aliens to hold jobs and work - But its not ok for Sheriff Jenkins and his deputies, and ICE/law enforcement around the country, to work in removing bad alien actors from our communities, especially those already in jail.
- There can't be "accountability" by ICE and law enforcement nation-wide for the 287g program as this is all unnecessary and unjust!
"The process has separated families and created bureaucratic, legal and financial challenges for those detained and deported". Or even better, "Undocumented immigrants say the program (287g) has changed the way they live and work".
You Think? The reporter who drafted these quotes should get a Pulitzer Prize and an Emmy.
- How dare law enforcement ask those pulled over for traffic violations, drunken in public and other crimes, for identification. That is profiling and racist - just because U.S. citizens are required to do that does not make it right to demand it from those with no id or fake identification.
- Finally, no mention in the article on the impact of murders, rapes, crimes, trafficking, MS-13 gang violence, drugs, prostitution, drain on tax dollars, etc. that illegal aliens cause nation-wide.
The Wash Post article is a long read, but it does make Frederick County Sheriff Chuck Jenkins clearly the most sane and law-abiding person in Maryland. Thank you Sheriff Jenkins for standing up to the Washington Post.

ACTION ALERT: The Illegal Alien Supporters in Annapolis Are Trying To Override Hogan's Veto To Make Maryland a Sanctuary State
Background:
The MD legislature is going into special session this week (starting December 6) to consider redistricting and potential overrides of Governor Hogan's vetoes, including the veto of the Sanctuary State bill (HB16).
That bill combines the so-called "Dignity not Detention" bill and the "Trust Act" bill. if enacted it will ban MD local governments from leasing their detention facilities to ICE to hold illegal immigrant criminals and those awaiting deportation. It will also block MD law enforcement from sharing immigration status information about lawfully arrested individuals with federal immigration authorities, as well as to prevent them from honoring ICE detainer warrants pursuant to Congressional law. Why the Veto was necessary: If HB16 becomes law, public safety in Maryland will be greatly endangered, since it will not allow ICE to detain illegal immigrant criminals in MD, and it will be virtually impossible for Maryland law enforcement sheriffs and officers to cooperate with federal immigration authorities.
Call to Action:
Governor Hogan's veto of HB 16 must stand or all of Maryland will become crime ridden sanctuaries like Montgomery, Prince Georges and Baltimore City. Combined with Biden's Open Border Policies, making Maryland a sanctuary will attract even more illegal aliens and MS-13 gang members looking for jobs, housing, social services, free education, legal services, and most importantly, impunity from the law.

These forms of ID may not subject an individual to a higher level of scrutiny. These documents, however, cannot be used for identification for employment verification. • This legislation requires public officials to notify an individual who is the subject of an inquiry by immigration officials. In 1996, Congress adopted the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act that barred state and local governments from prohibiting law enforcement and state and local officials from providing, receiving, or sharing information on illegal aliens with federal immigration officials. • States that implement sanctuary policies become a magnet for more illegal immigration which results in higher costs of living, reduced job availability, lower wages, and higher crime rates. • Sanctuary policies shift the cost of illegal immigration onto citizens and legal immigrants. • Sanctuary policies insult legal immigrants who respect our laws and patiently waited for years and paid thousands of dollars to come to the US the right way. • Sanctuary policies pose national security and public safety risks.

Montgomery County's Response to "Newly Arriving Migrant and Asylum-Seeking Children - (Newcomers)"
The article linked below and related attachments are a must read to understand how the Montgomery County Government continues to work in the shadows, without diversity, equity or inclusion (zero non-Hispanic outside organization input) against the County's citizens.
The same creeps in Montgomery County (Board of Education/County Council, and County bureaucrats) pushing Critical Race Theory, Global Warming, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, America 1619, are also spending millions welcoming over one thousand illegal alien children into our Montgomery County Public School system. Even Montgomery College is welcoming these non-English speaking students, along with increased funding and staff it brings.
According the recently released slide briefing update, Montgomery County was the 11th highest receiving county in the nation for the "unaccompanied children" scam between 2014-2021 (Note - Democrats controlled all the County Council and Executive positions during that period).
Not all funds are for the illegals of course. The organization chart for the County Government and Public Schools is chock full of names and big titles (with fat salaries) specifically targeted on the ever growing illegal alien/anchor baby population.
Of course the County Government is not working alone. With funding from the Biden open borders crowd, and "help" from Catholic Charities, CASA of Maryland, Identity, Inc. and other usual suspects, the illegals are getting better treatment in our schools then the Black, White, Asian and legal Hispanic students. MCPS Test scores are down but border jumpers get free lunches, Mayan culture training and mental health services, and that's what counts!
This 40 page work plan to welcome these border jumpers into our community was put together despite the fact these same creeps told us for months and months they had no information or data on who the Biden Regime shipped into our state and region. Over 1,200 "unaccompanied children" (escorted to the border by coyotes and drug smugglers) were ditched in Montgomery County. Over 4,500 in the local region that includes PGC, Fairfax and DC. Keep in mind these numbers are only thru September 2021!
Montgomery County is not even sure of the country of origin for nearly half the 1,200+ (although El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala, CASA's wheelhouse, lead the way), nor their city of residence in the county. Statistics on age breakout are also questionable, with the bulk of the students being put in High School 9th grade. Recall the rape incident in Rockville High School some years ago where those lovely immigrant students were near 20 years old. This is the process to make it happen, throw them in 9th grade no matter their advanced age.
And these outrageous numbers don't even include those illegals who jumped the border without the knowledge of the Biden regime. The 1,200+ number for Montgomery County could be easily doubled.
Folks get ready for another massive property tax increase to pay for expanding our schools and hiring more Spanish and Mayan speaking staff (over 20 to date with more in pipeline) to handle this unprecedented tsunami of illegal aliens. Don't forget to combine that with the ever growing population of anchor babies from the earlier waves of illegals hitting Maryland.
I love the focus on Maya language and culture in the plan. "Assess primary language preference and ensure Maya language access AND cultural competency". God forbid we actually teach them English instead and our American cultural history from 1776 to date. Didn't the Mayans sacrifice humans to the gods (including cutting out the victims heart) and practice slavery on the men, women and children of tribes conquered in war? Of course they did, so why do we continue to teach it at our expense??
Even Legal Services advisors (leveraging the County funded Gilchrist Immigrant Resource Center in Rockville) and recreation center staff are being hired at taxpayer expense. We the taxpayer already pay for 4 legal service providers to stop illegals from getting deported (I'm guessing Catholic Charities' staffers) at a cost of $670K per year, with an additional 250K approved earlier this year. Goal is to add more lawyers through partnerships with large organizations like the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society (HIAS) and Ayuda (provides legal, social and language services) that cater to illegal aliens. Bottom line - make it as difficult to deport these illegals while keeping them on the public dole.
Based on the County plan, rest assured that the illegal alien students and their entire families are getting exposed to the entire breath and depth of freebie services and programs available for them (education, housing, health, legal and mental health). And for those who slip through the cracks, no worries. A broad communication strategy is being developed to reach every nook and cranny where illegals are prone to congregate.
The current/planned county and public school positions are of course augmented by foot soldiers from CASA, Identity Inc., International Mayan League, and County Funded High School Wellness Centers. Over a dozen organizations are in fact being brought in on this priority action plan. Yet our public schools are still loaded with citizen kids (primarily Black and Hispanic) who can barely read, write or do math. Where is the action plan to fix that??
Why would we want these "New Americans" anywhere near groups like CASA, the International Mayan League and Identity Inc., groups that are given access to our County Public High Schools to spread their propaganda? Why are not more mainstream organizations included to balance learning process?
Keep in mind that these student numbers will continue to grow as the Biden regime fights against the will of the American People to seal the border. But no worries, Montgomery County has it all under control!

What You Can Do? Report to Help Save Maryland (HSM)
Keep tabs on recent arrivals of illegal aliens to your community. Report to HSM the numbers of arrivals, location, group(s) supporting the housing of illegals.
Report increased numbers of students being entered into the Maryland Public School System who require ESOL and other non-citizen needed support programs (linguistic experts, tutors, psychological counseling, vaccinations, etc.). Also report if any current programs and services in the schools are being cut to free up resources for the incoming illegals.
Detail any MS-13 and other Hispanic gang activities and violence impacting your neighborhood. With more foot soldiers arriving daily, local gang leaders need to keep them busy.
Bottom line - The more information we collect now the more able we can assist the next administration and ICE arrest, detain and deport illegal aliens from our communities. No amnesty or path to citizenship for lawbreakers.
