Tip of the day: Make a list of the things you are grateful for. With so much chaos happening in the world, it’s easy to forget about all the good things we have in our life right now.
Invest a few minutes today and write out a list of things that you are grateful for. Are you healthy? Are at least some of your organs functioning properly?
Do you have eyes to read these words? Do you have the ability to think the thoughts you want to think?
There are many things we can be grateful for. You might also notice some solutions surprisingly show up for you when you’re writing your list of grateful things.
