Governor Andrew Cuomo RESIGNED his throne at the top of New York state politics amidst his sexual harassment SCANDAL.
He has still admitted no wrongdoing.
Of course, many national leaders of the Democratic party are handling him with “tender love and care," including Joe Biden who said THIS.
