 | | California Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom Now Officially Faces a RecallCalifornia Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom is now officially facing a recall. As the Daily Wire is reporting, California Per Secretary of State Shirley N. Weber, only 43 signatures calling for a recall were disqualified while 1,719,900 signatures were valid. This will only be the 2nd recall election in California history. The first was in 2003 and it led to Democrat Gray Davis being replaced with Republican Arnold Schwarzenegger.
