Featured Speaker: David Hernandez 

Chairman of the Los Angeles Hispanic Republican Club and AM 870 Radio Host

"Our Future Never Looked Better!"

 

 

     

David Hernandez is the Founder and Chairman of the Los Angeles Hispanic Republican Club, an organization based in a strong belief of Family, Faith and Free Enterprise. He has an amazing story. David was born in Los Angeles’s Lincoln Heights community. His father went from “banana loader” to Vice President of a nationwide commercial trucking insurance company.

     David, a Vietnam veteran, enlisted in the United States Navy where he served from 1967-1971. He began working as an insurance adjuster and he ultimately started his own independent company.

     As Chairman of the Committee for Accountability and Good Government in Los Angeles, David is leading the challenge to the City of Los Angeles’s attempt to take over the commercial trash industry and create a monopolized closed franchise system impacting all commercial business and apartments.

     David served on the Foundation Board of Los Angeles Mission College in Sylmar, California for five years with one year as President. David has also served as the Executive Director of the San Fernando Chamber of Commerce, on the board of the Youth Service Network for four years, a past Chair of the Board of Justiceville Homeless/USA, the non-profit which provided housing, training and hope for hundreds of Los Angeles homeless.

      David has been a candidate for various political offices at all levels including Lt. Governor of California in 2018.

Daniel Mercuri is a Southern California native and honorably discharged United States Naval Veteran. He is eager to bring back transparency and accountability to the state. He is a former Congressional Candidate of California’s 25th District. Daniel is tired of political correctness. He is eager to put spine back into real leadership and show what a voice of the people should sound like.

 

*Diego Martinez

Diego was born in Uruguay and at age 6 years came to the United States where his parents were in pursuit of freedom and better opportunities.

     As a young man, he worked as a busboy, dishwasher, and cook as well as working in a lumber mill. He later worked in auto industry where he went from a salesman to General Manager growing multiple dealerships to profitability and multi-million-dollar sales levels. Currently, he is a successful business owner in the bail bond industry. His hard work and achievements are living proof of the American Dream.
