Tell your senators to vote “NO” on Xavier Becerra

Conservatives,

I have written to you about abortion extremist Xavier Becerra, whom Joe Biden nominated to head Department of Health and Human Services.

The Senate Finance Committee was split down the middle over his nomination, which could be a good sign. It looks like the full Senate will vote on whether to advance the nomination sometime this week.

We have to tell them not to.

There are few more committed abortion ideologues in the nation than Xavier Becerra.

As a congressman, he voted against the federal ban on partial-birth abortion and supported taxpayer funding of abortion.

As attorney general of California, Becerra was behind the effort to force pregnancy help centers, which exist to give women alternatives to abortion, to tell those same women how they could obtain an abortion.

Becerra also tried to force various Catholic organizations to cooperate in paying for abortion.

Perhaps most egregiously, Becerra, as attorney general, continued the prosecution of the undercover journalists who exposed Planned Parenthood’s fetal harvesting business.

I am asking you to join with Priests for Life and our supporters all over the country to get in touch with your U.S. senators – of either party – to tell them you expect to vote against Becerra.
