Conservatives, A judge has thrown out Maxine Waters' arguments to have my defamation suit against her dismissed – delivering Maxine a devastating legal defeat. Maxine refused to take our case seriously because she thought she was above the law and not subject to any legal accountability. But we're about to show her there are serious legal consequences for defaming U.S. Veterans. For too long Republicans have been afraid to take on Maxine Waters out of fear of retribution from Maxine or her supporters. My campaign and my legal case against "Mad" Maxine will never back down and we won't stop until she is out of office. We're just getting started. Maxine and her team of high-priced Leftist attorneys are going to make this an expensive fight, but if today proved anything, with your continued support this is a fight we can and will win. Our case is air-tight and Maxine knows it. That's why she's repeatedly ignored the court orders to respond to our lawsuit. And today's decision is proof there are serious consequences for her behavior. Instead of upholding her oath to defend the Constitution, Maxine Waters used her office to lie and defame a U.S. Veteran who served our Nation honorably.
