I blame both parties for passing this monstrosity! Just imagine! We are paying to murder ourselves through giving generously to Bill Gates, who we all know is already drowning in ill-gotten gains! This should make every American's blood boil! We have idiots sitting in government positions! They must all be ushered out of Washington! None of these people should be anywhere near decision making processes for our once great nation! This kind of decision making is what has contributed to the demise of our troubled country! My dear God! Why is there money to Bill Gates from we, the American people? He'd rather not personally pay for the vaccines that kill us! It's better we foot the bill for any out-of-pocket expenses!
