FLORIDA - STATE REP JOE HARDING WEEKLY UPDATE 3/26/2021

 

WEEKLY UPDATE Dear Friends, Tuesday Tuesday I sponsored Dr. Jose Soberon as Doctor of the Day at the Florida State Capitol. It was an honor to have him come over to the Capitol and thank him for all of his hard work.

Thursday On Thursday I met with high school 4-H officers for their day at the Capitol. It is always encouraging to see our next generation involved and interested in learning about how local legislature works. Friday HB 1 passed the House Floor with 76 yeas and 39 nays, this bill will combat Public Disorder. In Chiefland today, our district secretary, Cyndie McQuaig, met with Superintendent Chris Cowart, principal Matt McClelland and school board members Tammy Boyle and Paige Brookins.
