On 2.22.21, Dominion Voting Systems filed a $1.3 Billion lawsuit in the District of Columbia against MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell largely because of his video “Absolute Truth” -- https://michaeljlindell.
Lindell has said he is “very, very happy” about the lawsuit because he can now obtain evidence via discovery.

MY STATEMENT:
I am certainly not a lawyer; but if I were in Mike Lindell’s place, here are 14 pieces of evidence (Exhibits) that I would present in the courtroom to prove my innocence.

The nondescript name and building match the relative anonymity of the company, more commonly known as ES&S, which has operated in obscurity for years despite its central role in U.S. elections. Nearly half of all Americans who vote in the 2020 election will use one of its devices.
…The source of the nation’s voting machines has become an urgent issue because of real fears that hackers, whether foreign or domestic, might tamper with the mechanics of the voting system.
That has led to calls for ES&S and its competitors, Denver-based Dominion Voting Systems and Austin, Texas-based Hart Intercivic, to reveal details about their ownership and the origins of the parts, some of which come from China, that make up their machines.

This month, a group of Democratic politicians sent the private equity firms that own the major election vendors a letter asking them to disclose a range of such information, including ownership, finances and research investments.
Burt [ES&S CEO Tom Burt], a native Nebraskan, has called for federal regulations that would require voting machine companies to address some of the key questions posed to ES&S…which would include requirements for paper backups of individual votes, mandatory post-election audits…
NBC News examined publicly available online shipping records for ES&S for the past five years and found that many parts, including electronics and tablets, were made in China and the Philippines, raising concerns about technology theft or sabotage.
Chinese manufacturers can be forced to cooperate with requests from Chinese intelligence officials to share any information about the technology and therefore pose a risk for U.S. companies, NBC News analyst Frank Figliuzzi, a former assistant director of the FBI for counterintelligence, said. That could include intellectual property, such as source code, materials or blueprints. There is also the concern of machines shipped with undetected vulnerabilities or backdoors that could allow tampering.
…“Some components (such as surface mount capacitors, resistors, inductors and fixed logic devices) may be sourced from China-based manufacturers,” the letter said, referring to basic circuitry components.
Questions about who owns the major voting machine manufacturers have followed the industry for years.
Because it is privately owned, ES&S is not legally obligated to reveal its ownership or any other details about its finances…
Virtually no laws govern the cybersecurity aspects of voting machine technologies…
Wyden [Democrat U. S. Sen. Ron Wyden of Oregon] said he was concerned by the company’s foreign parts supply and was working on legislation to limit it.
“What you have found is particularly important because of the China connection,” he said.

An elections supervisor in Coffee County, Georgia, demonstrated in recent videos posted online how Dominion Voting Systems voting software allows votes to be changed through an “adjudication” process. The process allows the operator to add vote marks to a scanned ballot as well as invalidate vote marks already on the ballot.
Adjudication should only serve to resolve issues of voters marking ballots incorrectly, such as filling the bubbles in a way that doesn’t clearly show who he or she voted for. Yet it appears a substantial number of ballots went through that process, at least in some Georgia counties. As the Coffee County supervisor, Misty Martin, showed, the system can be set to allow adjudication of all scanned ballots, even blank ones, and effectively allow the operator to vote those ballots.

Alarm bells regarding the presidential election are now sounding in Georgia, where a U.S. congressman says a forensic test of Dominion Voting Systems machines revealed votes for President Donald Trump were being switched to votes for Democrat Joe Biden.
[Rush] Limbaugh summarized how the test was conducted:
They used an equal number of votes. This is the thing to keep in mind here. They had sequestered Dominion equipment. Ware County ran an equal number of Trump votes and Biden votes through the tabulator, and the tabulator reported a 26% lead for Biden.
Thirty-seven Trump votes in the equal sample run had been switched from Trump to Biden. So in actual algorithmic terms this means that a vote for Trump was counted as 87% of a vote and a vote for Biden was counted at 113% of a vote.
Now, you think that they’re just counting the number of votes and it’s straight up okay, there’s a Biden vote, there’s a Trump vote – no, no, no. They use all these complicated algorithms to try to speed up the tabulation. They spit this stuff through the tabulator and they wait for the tabulator to spit the results back.
So if you’ve got an algorithm that counts every Trump vote as only 87% of the votes and every Biden vote as 113% of a vote, then that’s how you end up with Biden ending up with 26% more votes than Trump with an equal number have been fed into the machine.

A Dominion Voting Systems contractor who worked at Detroit’s TCF Center on Election Day testified before the Michigan House Oversight Committee on Dec. 2 that she witnessed at least 30,000 ballots being counted numerous times in Dominion machines.
Melissa Carone, a freelance IT worker who assisted Dominion at Detroit’s ballot-counting site from 6:15 a.m. on Nov. 3 to 4 a.m. the next day, before returning later for several more hours on Nov. 4, said in an affidavit [https://beta.
“I observed numerous employees, city workers, running batches of ballots through the tabulators countless times, without discarding them first,” Carone said Wednesday…about what she observed while working at the center.
Carone said that the tabulating machines would jam two to three times an hour. She explained that the proper way to scan ballots when there’s a paper jam is to reset the count on the machine, or in other words discard the count, and rescan all of them with the jammed paper on top.
“Instead of discarding, they were just rescanning, rescanning, rescanning,” Carone said. “Counting ballots nine to 10 times.”
Carone noted that there were approximately 22 to 24 tabulating machines where she was working, and that she observed the malpractice “thousands of times” while she was at the site.
She explained that ballots were to be tabulated in batches of 50. However, as she observed poll workers scanning ballots more than once, the number of tabulated ballots on some machines reached figures in the hundreds.
Carone alleged that when she alerted her manager Nick Ikonomakis about the issue, he dismissed her concerns.
“I called my manager to a specific tabulating machine and I showed him a number on it that was over 500. They shouldn’t be over 50—ballots come in batches of 50. I said that we have a severe problem here Nick,” Carone explained.
“He [Nick] said, ‘Melissa I don’t want to hear that we have a problem, we are here to assist with IT, we are not here to run their election,’ and at that point I was really frustrated and upset, I could tell what was going on,” she said.
…”It was apparent that he was in on it. When he caught on to me knowing that he was in on it, he just wanted nothing to do with me.”
When questioned why more people haven’t come forward with allegations that they witnessed fraudulent actions at the Detroit ballot-count site, Carone said that her life has been destroyed.
“I’ll tell you why,” she said. “My life has been destroyed because of this. I’ve lost family, I’ve lost friends, I’ve been threatened, my kids have been threatened, I’ve had to move, I’ve had to change my phone number, I’ve had to get rid of social media—nobody wants to come forward. I can’t even get an actual job any more, because Democrats like to ruin your lives. That’s why.”
A second witness, a Republican poll challenger, echoed Carone’s claims, saying she noticed that some workers at Detroit’s TCF Center appeared not to know what to do when ballots were jammed. She asserted that workers in some cases wouldn’t discard the ballots prior to the problem ballot, therefore she saw numbers at 300 to 400 when they were tabulated in batches of 50.
…Judge Timothy Kenny ruled against the plaintiffs on Nov. 13, in a Michigan lawsuit that was asking “the Court to stop the certification process of the Wayne County Board of Canvassers.” He wrote Carone’s “description of the events at the TCF center does not square with any of the other affidavits. … The allegations are simply not credible.”
Dominion has not responded yet to a request from The Epoch Times for comment and declined to appear before a state legislative hearing when requested.

The Board of Supervisors in Arizona’s Maricopa County on Friday voted 4-1 to file a complaint in the Arizona Superior Court and won’t comply with state Senate-issued subpoenas to hand over voting machines used in the Nov. 3 election for an audit, as well as an audit of scanned ballots…Fann told the Washington Examiner: “One subpoena calls for a scanned ballot audit, to collect an electronic ballot image cast for all mail-in ballots counted in the November 2020 general election in Maricopa County, Arizona. The second subpoena calls for a full forensic audit of ballot tabulation equipment, the software for that equipment and the election management system used in the 2020 general election.
Maricopa County GOP Chairwoman Linda Brickman had told Arizona legislators on Dec. 1 that she saw ballots cast for Trump being tallied for Joe Biden when they were entered into voting machines last month. Brickman said that she and her Democratic partner witnessed it “more than once.” The chairwoman also alleged she faced threats and intimidation from election supervisors at the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center after she raised red flags about what she saw…Dominion representatives have also repeatedly said that the voting machines were certified by the federal Election Assistance Commission, cannot switch votes from one candidate to another, and that the company has no ties to foreign governments.
However, a forensic audit report from Allied Security Operations Group released on Monday of Dominion machines and software in Michigan’s Antrim County’s found that the company’s voting system “is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.” The audit team said the system is “intentionally” designed to create “an enormously high number of ballot errors.

An unbiased by-county analysis of 2020 general election results of over 3000 U.S. counties shows large-scale skewing of election results in favor of Joe Biden in counties using Dominion Voting Systems.
Analysis conducted by DataScience and released through BASEDmedia constructed a statistical model to predict relative performance for either candidate based upon U.S. Census county data to 90% accuracy.
