And here is what Article III, Section 2 of the Constitution DECLARES:
“The Judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law & Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;- to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers & Consuls;- to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction; -
to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;-
to Controversies between two or more States;-
(between Citizens of different States;- between Citizens of the same State …….)
OK Supreme Court, so you were able to Dodge & Weave around Article II Section 4 of the Constitution that said:
“The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators & Representatives, shall be prescribed in Each State by the Legislature thereof….
And NOT, NOT by any Governor or State Secretary of State or any Local Board of Election ‘official’ !!!!!!
But y’all Looked the Other Way despite this falling instead on your OWN ‘interpreted BS’ to avoid handling the Hot Potato you were thrown.
Even when Pennsylvania’s State Constitution was Illegally Abridged by the same Enemy from Within YOU decided to Do NOTHING!
