“Democrats in key states have clearly committed egregious violations of voting laws and engaged in fraudulent and deceptive practices that seek to irreparably harm the American voting system and the Republic of America,” said Steve Eichler, President of the Tea Party PAC

This extraordinary and historically unprecedented move is being carried out to restore the integrity of America’s sacred Presidential election process without which, chaos, mistrust and criminal activity will reign.

Article II of the Constitution is clear regarding the power of the state legislators:
Legislatures in each of the 50 states have the absolute and supreme authority to appoint Electors “in such a manner as the Legislature thereof may direct.”
This protects against an interested and overbearing majority.
James Madison said it best when he argued in the Federalist No. 10: it protects against the “mischiefs of faction”in a popular election system.
In a landmark 2016 ruling, the Supreme Court handed down a unanimous decision that the constitutional mandate empowered the legislature to instruct Electors how they should vote—regardless of the results of the popular election.
Writing for the majority, Justice Elena Kagan wrote the states may punish or remove “faithless electors” if they do not follow the specific instructions of the legislature.

Given the egregious violations of the 2020 Presidential election process, it is clear and evident a presidential coup is underway against Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States.
Given the mounting and monumental evidence showing rampant and irrefutable fraud and election violations committed by the Democrat party to steal the election...
...particularly in the swing states of Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, Arizona, Minnesota and Nevada...
We call upon you, our elected State Legislators, to demand your Electors cast their votes honestly and fairly for Donald Trump.
The current results showing Joe Biden as the winner are illegitimate, dishonest and appear to have been obtained by devious and fraudulent means.
Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the Constitution of the United States of America gives you the sole discretionary and absolute power to appoint Presidential election Electors who are legally obligated to cast their votes according to your instruction.
[Article II, Section 1, Clause 2:Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.]
We the People demand you convene in urgent assembly to meet and take all necessary measures to safeguard the sanctity of the American election system.
We the undersigned demand that as part of your duties as an elected public servant, you:
- Select a slate of Electors who pledge to cast their votes honestly and fairly for President Donald J. Trump, rightfully returning him to office as the legitimately elected President of the United States.
- Or, insist your Electors refuse to cast their electoral vote which will effectively negate the corrupt outcome of the 2020 Presidential election in the U.S. and save our election process.
Instruct your Electors to accept one of the two alternatives above until the final outcome of the 2020 Presidential election can be determined.
