BRIEFER’S COMMENTS:
Former U.S. Attorney and New York Mayor, Rudy Giuliani, was the recipient of documents and Hard Drive connected to Hunter Biden’s various activities. While still at the level of “not fully validated,” said materials reached a criminal “Probable Cause” to launch a full and formal investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice. Four sets of documents coupled with Hard Drive were distributed; one to Giuliani, the FBI, the U.S. Attorney General, and the New York Post. Purportedly contained within the documents are email communications by and between Hunter and his Dad Joe Biden while the latter was Vice President. This disclosure negates public pronouncements by Joe Biden that he had no communications or intimate knowledge of his son’s transactions with foreign governments and the receiving of large financial remunerations; in part, for influence, introductions, considerations and favor with the highest levels of the Obama Administration. The path being investigate is most sobering for multiple reasons, not the least being alleged violations of the Organized Crime Statues, RICO, and the misuse of high elected office, including, but not limited to; compromising tenants of National Security in conjunction with alleged violations of Oath of Office to Preserve, Protect and Defend against ALL enemies Foreign and Domestic. There was an absolute belief Hillary would become president, and any and all sordid or questionable matters and activities of the establishment would never, ever see the light of day or the public. But God!
