Help Save Maryland - CASA of Maryland Tries to Link Tragic Death of George Floyd to Government Actions to Legally Deport CASA's Alien Clientele
I am always shocked but never surprised by the bottom feeders that run CASA of Maryland, especially "El Jefe" Gustavo Torres. The tragic death of George Floyd by a renegade police officer in Minneapolis was recognized nationally by all Americans. And there is general agreement on the need to modify certain Police tactics and accountability to ensure that interactions with ALL communities are conducted in a safe and respectful manner.
It has to be a two-way street of respect for both law enforcement officers and the citizens they serve and protect.
But for lawless radicals that push the Hispanic illegal alien agenda at CASA, George Floyd's death provided an opportunity to link their despicable goals of no deportations and open borders with this national tragedy. Has Torres no shame in piggybacking Floyd's death while simultaneously disparaging our local police? Effectively calling all Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania law enforcement officers racists and murderers!

Once you filter through the smoke of CASA's faux concern about Floyd's death, you will easily uncover the blatant attack on lawful detainment and deportation of illegal alien rapists, MS-13 gang members and criminals by our honorable law enforcement officers.

In Gustavo's world, the Hispanic illegal aliens who recently raped more than 12 underage girls in Montgomery County are being unfairly subjected to jail time, deportation and family separation by the same white racist system. WHAT?
Is El Jefe trying to steal the stage from the victims in the Black Community?
The same Black Community CASA and their clientele have no problem absconding jobs, social services, health care and educational opportunities from? At the end of the day, Black lives only matter to Gustavo as a means to justify blanket amnesty and open borders for his illegal alien compadres.
A major factor in the shortage of government resources for Black citizens with reagrd to education, youth programs, housing and other needed services is the untold numbers of illegal alien border jumpers and fake amnesty seekers showing up in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and nation-wide. With coaching and financial assistance from CASA and other similar groups, these organizations are soaking up the lion's share of the taxpayer dollars available for Black citizens.
The idea of cutting back on Police spending will only encourage more illegal aliens, as well as their anchor baby families, to our neighborhoods. They will soak up even more resources they have no moral or legal right to have. And will generate more crime, prostitution, drugs, and rapes by Hispanic MS-13 gang members and other lawbreakers. It's happening nearly every day!

"Judge denies (Judicial Watch) restraining order for Montgomery County check program (for illegals) , but orders 25% of funds frozen until he rules on merits"
A U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland judge has denied Montgomery County residents' request for a temporary restraining order to stop the County's controversial Emergency Assistance Relief Payment (EARP) cash distribution program that primarily benefits illegal immigrants. But Judge Peter J. Messitte said plaintiffs Sharon Bauer and Richard Jurgena are still likely to succeed on the strong merits of their case. For that reason, Messitte has ordered the County to freeze 25% of the $10 million in the EARP fund until he can rule on the merits of the case.
Messitte wrote in his opinion that Bauer and Jurgena are likely to prevail on the question of whether the County Council violated federal law, which states that illegal immigrants are not eligible for any state or local public benefit that is not authorized by a law passed by the state legislature. He said Montgomery County does not deny, and that no one could credibly argue, that the EARP payments are not a public benefit.
Bauer and Jurgena will also suffer irreparable harm from the EARP program, Messitte agreed. He said that the County has distributed the EARP checks so quickly to recipients that there is virtually no way to recover those funds. Messitte said the cost could end up raising the property taxes of Bauer and Jurgena, and that the court can provide no relief or compensation to offset their higher taxes.
Messitte did find that the EARP program is in "the public interest." Based on Montgomery County's description of the program, he wrote, the beneficiaries are in severe financial distress due to the coronavirus pandemic and lockdown. Messitte said the funds are likely to go to urgent needs like food and housing.
The judge will rule on the merits of the case at a later date. But under his preliminary opinion, the County cannot spend the remaining 25% of the $10 million fund until Messitte issues his ruling in the case. That fund became even more controversial after the County Council quietly appropriated an additional $5 million more than the public was notified of in the beginning.
The case was brought by right-wing government watchdog group Judicial Watch, and is Sharon Bauer, et al v. Marc Elrich et al.
