• 2 oil tankers damaged during attacks in Gulf of Oman: reports

  The U.S. Navy’s 5th Fleet said on Thursday that it deployed forces into the Gulf of Oman to assist two oil tankers that were reportedly attacked. The Bahrain-based force at the scene have not blamed anyone for the attack, the AP reported.
