Subject: 300 Plus Detained at NM Border, More Coming, No Weapons Pointed, Media Lies and Propaganda--Videos
This past week, the citizen border watch group known as United Constitutional Patriots encountered approximately 300 migrants along the open border area of New Mexico where the "wall" is to be built soon in that sector.
“We held them there until Border Patrol came,” he explained to the Daily Mail. “And once they came then we did what we do, and that’s to help Border Patrol get them to the processing van. So, everybody is safe.”
"He described the group’s actions as a “citizen’s arrest” and claimed that Border Patrol officials have not asked the group to stop detaining border crossers."
“If these people follow our verbal commands, we hold them until Border Patrol comes,” Benvie told the NY Times. “Border Patrol has never asked us to stand down.”
The fakestream media went into a frenzy and immediately got their talking points from their controllers to suggest the migrants (turned illegal alien by crossing illegally into the United States) were "being held at gun point by a vigilante militia." NO......just flashlights you goons !

The appalling attempt by the Democrat Communist Party, the ACLU and the anti-American news media to portray U.S. Citizens, acting in the capacity of a "Neighborhood Watch" group, to assist with being the "eyes and ears" for federal authorities, is nothing more than the Left's attempt to further exacerbate the open border crisis when it is in-fact an invasion promoted by political pundits for personal agendas.
The Left uses laws created by the United Nations and DO NOT apply at the U.S. border, while the governor of New Mexico says that "Citizens Arrest Laws" do not apply in her state. Oh really ???
First of all.....the group of ~300 were in separate groups that continued to enter the area where the border watch group was camped at. They were told to sit and wait as Border Patrol units arrived....NO WEAPONS POINTED.
Common knowledge of what usually occurs at the border is the group either runs or they sit. If they sit, they are called into USBP Comms as "Quitters." If they run...you let them run to only be caught later.
In the case of what happened in NM over the week, the groups mostly sat and others attempted to run....WHILE BORDER PATROL WAS THERE !!
Overall....it's still a dangerous situation when you encounter a group this large. They are NOT all peace loving families with kids, but you can definitely expect a violent element within the group.....as you can see in the video below.
The size of this group is very difficult to manage because transportation is the number one problem when dealing with 300 illegal aliens.

The disgusting news reporting by downplaying the border invasion should be every American's concern as to the extent of the lies and dis-information.
I have worked the border and I have seen nearly every possible scenario and for any border watch group to NOT be armed, they would be fools.
As Kyrstern Sinema (D-AZ) attempted to do by outlawing the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps (MCDC) in 2007, it was determined the border watch group was lawful.
We as American Citizens have the duty to assist any and all law enforcement agencies, local, state and federal to report any illegal activity...no matter where that crime is being committed. It is ALSO our Right to either assist or not.
I can say from experience, most every Border Patrol agent and those within the communications section, appreciate the reports. If they didn't....they certainly would not publish the 800 number to call in those reports.
However....the political leaders at the top continue to discourage, what they call "vigilante justice," when it's nothing more than what a Neighborhood Watch group does in Chicago, New York or Boston. In those cities, nobody carries a weapon and that makes for a very dangerous situation when the lady across the street is yelling for help. But you can bet, in other non-communist controlled cities, most Neighborhood Watch participants respond with a weapon, if need be when only seconds count.
The other appalling aspect of fake news reporting suggest(s).....former law enforcement or former military participants in a border watch group have [essentially] lost all credibility and experience, "therefore....only law enforcement can deal with a border crisis situation." [Bullshit]
It is the Democrats and their open border agenda that interferes at many levels for sanctioning former law enforcement types and retired / former military under a controlled protocol for being the extra eyes and ears along the border. It is also the Democrat Sheriff's in several border counties that serve...NOT the people, but their Democrat Comrades.
Therefore....American Citizens must NOT fear the fakestream media and Democrat Communist propaganda to demonize YOU as useless, "racist" or "White," but stand strong, determined, and DOUBLE DOWN on border security....BUT !!!
If you have a felony record, YOU cannot be around weapons, therefore....don't screw-up a legitimate border watch organization by being arrested and then causing the fake news to use YOU as the open borders poster boy.
Group leaders...Vet your people and only operate on private property if able. Trespassing on private property...a citizens arrest cannot be downplayed by Leftist authorities. Tell the group to sit, offer water and food bars, and ask if anyone needs medical attention. Tell them you are obtaining transportation for them. Keep lights on them, blind them with lights constantly. Watch for rock throwers, or even weapons. If a few run....let them go, but watch your six o'clock. MOST are "quitters" and have had enough.....
