Protecting the Constitution (at all costs) is EVERYONE'S responsibility [if] you want to live in a free society void of government intrusion. WE have the Right to defend ourselves, our family, and those around us when a deadly threat is present. For those in government that want to take that Right from us, is a treasonous political ploy that can and will have devastating results.
Where other nearby states have failed, the State of Pennsylvania is about to take a crack with the implementation of a 'Firearms Registration Act' [attempt] to require EVERYONE to register EVERY firearm they own with the state or face prosecution. The gun requirements are far more complicated than the 'Sex Offender's Registration Database' and turns every LEGAL gun owner into being a suspect criminal.
The varied laws across America requires a legal gun owner to avoid certain states, thus creates a 2nd class citizen status. Registering every weapon, insuring that weapon, and/or certifying for 'Concealed Carry' places gun owners in a vulnerable gun grab scenario when confiscation laws are (illegally) legislated.
The lower fruit on the tree are always the first picked.....
The proposed ruling HB0768....is a complete violation of everyone's 2nd and 4th Amendment Rights, punishable under USC Title 18, Section(s) 241 & 242 [Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law], requires an immediate counter-punch by ALL PATRIOTS to assert Constitutional Rights of every individual as the law of the land, and stop Pennsylvania... if not.....the Communist seizure of all weapons and [their] passage of HB0768 will spread to other states whereas..."door to door" and "checkpoints" will slowly be added as a measure for compliance.
If you are complacent and leave that block of cheese on the kitchen table, and you don't pay attention....the rats will nibble from that block of cheese and eventually it will be gone. The rats are active and they're hungry...
The vigilant Patriot on the other hand is aware of what is coming and Militia's are growing strong. The two largest Militias in America, 'III Percenters' and 'Oath Keepers' are growing in numbers, but when the SHTF, membership will increase 300% to 600% overnight. Your local church will become a prominent recruiter for Militia training, if that church has not been compromised by FEMA indoctrination.
Media propaganda and politicians want Americans to believe, these groups are nothing but "Domestic Terrorists" when the truth is more scary to those that want to destroy the Constitution. The National Guard DOES NOT meet the state requirements of being a "Militia."

The game plan by the Democrat Communists attempting to usurp the U.S. Constitution, by trying to destroy it in the process, is a globalist / U.N. initiative to disarm all countries in-order to allow unfettered power over the people.
Colonial farmers (Minutemen) and locals won the American Revolutionary War in 1776 over the same issue when King George of England ordered his Army to confiscate every weapon in the 13 Colonies. We are there again....except it's now traitors within Congress and state governments.
The restrictions and deadlines proposed in the Pennsylvania 'Firearms Registration Act' are very restrictive and costly to the gun owner. And if you don't comply and you have to shoot an intruder pointing an (un-registered gun) at you, (which THEY will always have), you as the (un-registered) gun owner in Pennsylvania will go to jail.
"Along with the application that the gun owner must swear to under oath, the gun owner would have to submit fingerprints, two photographs that are no older than 30 days and go through a background check for each firearm that they own. This background check is the same one that they must go through to purchase a gun.
In addition to this requirement, they must also provide the Pennsylvania State Police with their home and work address, telephone number, social security number, date of birth, age, sex, and citizenship. This requirement is more information than a person needs to vote."
And if you like to travel in your RV each winter to warmer climates with no intended address, you will be in violation of Pennsylvania laws, because you will only have 48 hours to update your change of location(s).
On top of that !! Each weapon must (always) be "disassembled and bound by a trigger lock," REGARDLESS if there are children in the home or not.

No logical thinking (moderate) Democrat or Republican can say....by restricting weapons leading to full blown confiscation can make for a "more peaceful society" when LOGIC says, a criminal will never abide by any gun laws and will be very happy to invade your house, or rob you on the street, knowing HE IS SAFE from YOU shooting him.
The Dems want to place legal gun owners into the same 'Catch 22' with criminals that will always have a weapon.
The game plan (again) is to make everyone (legally owning a gun) susceptible to violating gun laws (easily) with obscured laws that are over-restrictive. Basically....a method to disarm all Americans without force by voluntarily giving-up their weapons, because..."I've had enough, I don't want the headache and I can't keep-up with the requirements and I certainly can't defend myself with a gun that has to be always disassembled and locked."
MOST....will ignore the law all together as they did in New York and Connecticut.
We as "FREE Americans" are approaching the cross-roads of [Communism Creep] in America when the time is coming soon when we have to decide....are we willing to die for our 2nd and 4th Amendment Rights, or is it better to submit ourselves to Communism and just be good slaves?
The estimated ratio of legal gun owners in America that can defeat a standing Army is 100:1.
The reality of what the Democrat Communist Party are attempting to do in most states, already forcing legal gun owners to avoid crossing those state lines, are creating (or will create) a new emerging 'Black Market' for gun running and backroom purchases of firearms once the ball begins rolling towards a Revolution.
During a declared mass confiscation, including door to door searches, violating the 4th Amendment, most weapons will be hidden until such time an all out war against a tyrannical government begins.
Arms smuggling will be the new replacement for drug smuggling and pilots, boat captains, and truckers will be recruited for the cause. A Civil War and/or a Revolution in America opens the door to a foreign power to help Patriots protect the Constitution and Bill of Rights. A foreign nation would provide trained fighters and arms, as history has shown.
What the Communists don't realize (or maybe they do).....once the weapons are mostly gone from society and criminals are still using guns, the arms smuggling enterprise will flourish overnight. A Democrat Communist President / Dictator and his/her federal government will wish (they) had left 'Gun Control' alone, and because the Dems are actively trying to clear the way for illegal aliens to vote, plus dropping the voting age to 16, could easily guarantee a 2024 take-over of America.
Military Veterans, including at least 60% of current military and Militia types, to other organized groups, will be using grenades, I.E.D.'s, shoulder launched missiles, sabotage, and other methods of choice during a Revolution in America. High powered assault weapons and small missiles being smuggled into the United States from other countries will make the enemy wish handguns were the only problem.
It can get very nasty as history has shown us around the world. More people have died at the hands of their own Communist Regime than from any war in history. America is no different than any other country vulnerable to a Communist take-over, but what is different.....an attempt to overthrow this country will fail. The same [guerilla warfare] response would be needed to take-back America from a Communist take-over.
A new Revolution in America would be on a scale never imagined, and no political puppet, judge, or law enforcement type, including a [small] segment of the military that supports a Communist Regime in America will be safe. It's NOT just me saying that...it's just [LOGIC].
DARPA computer algorithms predict Revolutions with 80% accuracy and America is there....
"It was dubbed ICEWS, the Integrated Conflict Early Warning System, and it succeeded almost immediately, clearing 80 percent with algorithms built on simple regression analysis."
Therefore....MY message to any politician looking to make a name for themselves by grandstanding with the 'gun grabbing' establishment, you might win your seat in the House or Senate, but you and your ilk will eventually cause America's downfall.....and NOBODY will be safe.

Firearms Registration Act Introduced In Pennsylvania
A new bill introduced in Pennsylvania would establish a gun registry within the state.
HB0768 is known as the Firearms Registration Act. The Democrats that introduced the bill were Mary Louise Isaacson (D), Angel Cruz (D), and Mary Jo Daley (D). Last Friday, the General Assembly referred the bill to the committee on judiciary.
The bill would require gun owners in the Keystone State to register their firearms with the Pennsylvania State Police. Owners would have to provide the police with the make, model, and the serial numbers of all their guns.
Along with the application that the gun owner must swear to under oath, the gun owner would have to submit fingerprints, two photographs that are no older than 30 days and go through a background check for each firearm that they own. This background check is the same one that they must go through to purchase a gun.
In addition to this requirement, they must also provide the Pennsylvania State Police with their home and work address, telephone number, social security number, date of birth, age, sex, and citizenship. This requirement is more information than a person needs to vote.
If the State Police rejects the person's application, then they will have ten days to appeal the decision. The owner must turn their firearms into the State Police within three days of receiving notification of the rejection. If a person does not appeal the decision within ten days, their right is forfeit.
A gun owner cannot transfer any unregistered firearm. Anyone caught with an unregistered gun is guilty of a crime even if they are unaware of the firearm registration status. Also just holding an unregistered firearm at a range is a crime.
The gun owner must keep all firearms unloaded and disassembled or bound by a trigger lock. If a firearms owner doesn't secure their firearm that way, they would be guilty of a crime. This rule even applies to homes with no children.
The gun owner has 48 hours to update the State Police if they change jobs, phone numbers, addresses, or anything else on the application. If they do not update the State Police, then they could be prosecuted for violating the law.
The certificate which will cost $10 per firearm will expire after one year. The gun owner would have to start the process over again to renew their certification. This process must be done 60 days before the certificate expires. The procedure can get confusing for gun owners with large collections.
The bill makes no mention of how the state will enforce the law.
Other states that have tried gun registration and bans have seen limited success. New Jersey has had zero magazines turned in since their magazine ban went into effect.
New York saw nearly one million firearms owners defy the state law to register their “assault weapons.”The same thing played out in Connecticut when only 50,000 out of 350,000 registered their semi-automatic rifles.
Expanding a registry to all firearms will be impossible to enforce without conducting door to door searches of houses. It is unclear how these Democrats plan to deal with this reality.
None of the bill’s sponsor responded to our request for comment.
