No public servant or officer has the option to NOT take his oath seriously. His oath is an employment contract to which he agreed voluntarily. And his contract was consummated as soon as he accepted any sort of emolument from the public trust.
Here is a similar oath…notice it is sworn to under the oath takers free-will….

Now please tell me why are the people who elected this criminal impersonator, (I named him as an impostor because by his actions — he can no longer be considered as a legitimate public officer), not accepting their responsibility and arresting him? By his breach of contract, this impostor has violated his oath and no longer has any immunity from prosecution?
An impostor is subject to immediate arrest; no recall is required.
Why are we as the American people tolerating this insubordination, the perjury, his insurrection and rebellion against the supreme law of the land? Please tell me why are we just talking...talking and talking?
What is wrong with the American people? Are we incapable of distinguishing between crimes and politics?
