Dear Friends,
The mainstream media is throwing all of their might against us. Just last night we dropped TWO bombshell stories that finally got their attention.
And now -- they’ll stop at nothing to take us down.
Here’s what the Washington Post said just last night:
"Project Veritas, an organization that targets the mainstream news media and left-leaning groups, uses false cover stories and highly edited covert video recordings meant to be used in exposés."
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again -- our journalists catch these candidates, staffers, campaign workers, and donors IN THEIR OWN WORDS. There’s nothing “false” about people speaking honestly in real time – especially when it’s on video.
In fact, our first video from last night takes place in Virginia, not too far from the Washington Post’s D.C. headquarters, at the campaign office for Abigail Spanberger. Spanberger is running for Congress in Virginia’s 7th Congressional District.
Our undercover journalist confirmed campaign donations from major left-wing stalwarts like Jonathan Soros.

Michael Phelan, the Communications Associate for the campaign, was not too quick to share with voters exactly who Spanbereger was getting her financing from.
Journalist: I know. I feel like those would be cool selling points if you were doing phone banking. But then you wouldn’t want to like tell people.
Phelan: No, definitely not.
Our second video we released last night has already sent shockwaves through Florida. Local and national media have extensively covered our investigation detailing the wild secrets, false promises, and concerning strategies behind Andrew Gillum’s campaign for Governor.
Our video was even shown on Sean Hannity’s evening show where he called our latest investigation “stunning”.

I went to Florida yesterday to confront Omar Smith, a campaign worker for Andrew Gillum who was featured extensively in our latest video.
As of TODAY, Mr. Smith has been let go from the Andrew Gillum campaign due to his toxic comments.
Here's what the Gillum campaign just told Politico:
“These comments don’t reflect the mayor or what our campaign is about. The campaign has no tolerance for the comments made in the video and we have severed ties.”
His comments, which have sent shockwaves through Florida, have even been labeled as “racist”. Mr. Smith spoke with me extensively about his comments and asked repeatedly that I not release the investigation into Gillum’s campaign.
Here’s part of our exchange:
Omar: can you turn off the camera?
James: uh, we cannot turn off the camera, no, so, if you’re unwilling to give a comment, we’ll just have to publish what we have, okay?
James: uh, we cannot turn off the camera, no, so, if you’re unwilling to give a comment, we’ll just have to publish what we have, okay?
Omar: well, I would ask that you please do not publish the video.
James: Okay. And if we do?
Omar: *shrugs* I don’t know.
James: Okay. And if we do?
Omar: *shrugs* I don’t know.
It seems Mr. Smith knew his comments were incendiary in the first place. Could that be why Mr. Smith does not want our investigations published?

This is just the latest installment in our bombshell investigations into high-level campaigns across the country.
Tonight, soon, we will have a new investigation. One that I think you will find even more interesting than the last.
In Veritas,
James O’Keefe
