I read a lot of unverified nonsense about Mueller’s biased and illegal investigation. I paraphrase below from “The Russian Hoax” by Gregg Jarrett, Copyright @ 2018 First Edition.
The whole purpose of a special counsel is to have a prosecutor from outside the government and outside the normal chain of command because inherent conflicts render the DOJ incapable of handling it. So, now the special counsel is a close friend (mentor/mentee relationship) with the star witness (Comey) and the man in charge of supervision, Rod Rosenstein, who recommended to the president that Comey be fired.Comey, Mueller and Rosenstein all have massive conflicts of interest based on the law governing the special counsel (28 C.F.R. 600.7) and the statute states they “shall’ recuse themselves. Of course, they lack integrity and fairness; they refuse to follow the statute.The star witness, Comey, leaked four of the seven government owned memos to an unpaid law professor buddy, most classified, at least in part to engineer the appointment of a special counsel. This is a crime on several levels, including the nondisclosure rules Comey signed when he accepted his FBI appointment. Only in Washington DC.
You cannot make this stuff up.
There was never any plausible evidence that Trump or his campaign “coordinated” with Russia to win the presidency. I use the word “coordinated” rather than the histrionic DIMM and MSM term “collude” because there is no such criminal statute called “collude” as it applies to campaign practices Look it up-collude refers to civil code violations in anti-trust cases involving business practices dating back to 1800’s. In any event, there is no CFR, statute or campaign finance law that prohibits candidates, elected officials or US citizens, in general, from meeting with foreign nationals for the purpose of sharing information on any level as long as there is no bribery or financial shenanigans. John Kerry and all of congress would be in jail if sharing information with foreign powers was a crime. Kerry spends most of his time in Iran, a terrorist state,trying to usurp our duly elected president-the Logan Act is never enforced or referred to courts since most jurists consider it to be an infringement on our US Constitution First Amendment rights. But I digress.
The FBI had no legal basis to initiate its investigation. The FBI must abide by a set of strict rules that are set forth in a book entitled , “The Attorney General’s Guidelines for Domestic FBI Operations.” These rules are authorized by statutory and incorporated into a handbook which agents must use. It is called the “Domestic Investigations and Operations Guide” (DIOG). Under the DIOG, the FBI is permitted to investigate events with some reasonable basis for commencing an investigation after having first identified “a particular crime or threatened crime.” It cannot open an investigation into activity that does not or will not constitute a crime. In other words, the FBI is specifically prohibited from searching for evidence of a crime that does not exist under law.
The DIOG does not authorize investigating or collecting or maintaining information on US persons solely for the purpose of monitoring activities protected by the First Amendment or the lawful exercise of other rights secured by the Constitution or laws of the US. As the GOP nominee for president, Trump was lawfully exercising a fundamental right guaranteed under Article II of the Constitution-running for office. Any attempt by government agents to abridge those rights was a violation of the law.
The excuse used by the FBI & DOJ to open a counter-intelligence investigation on Trump and then expand that to looking for some undefined crime was initiated using the unverified dossier and four subsequent FISA court applications. The Steel Dossier was a fraudulent unverified document paid for by the Hildebeest & DNC, via a law firm and Fusion GPS, to a foreign agent Christopher Steele. Anonymous “Russian” assets were supposedly the sources. This is a felony since money exchanged hands from a US candidate’s campaign to a foreign national, unlike just meeting with a foreign agent or representative to exchange information on any subject, including political campaigns. The FBI, DOJ, CIA, & DNI leaked the information about the dossier to their press sycophants to elevate the call for a special counsel. Facts were invented or exaggerated. Laws were perverted or ignored. The law enforcers became law breakers. Comey’s scheme to trigger the appointment of his friend as special counsel was a devious maneuver by an unscrupulous man. His insinuation that the president obstructed justice was another canard designed to inflame the MSM. Sure enough, they became witting accessories.
When powerful forces in government abuse their positions of trust to subvert the legal process, and when the media acts in concert to condone or conceal corrupt behavior, our republic is threatened. For all you Trump haters I have a message. Suck it up, Trump will be around for 6 more years regardless of what happens in the witch hunt and midterms. He’s tougher than those spineless Google snowflakes, Mad Maxime, Spartacus Booker and RINOs.

As head of the FBI, Comey (and his lackeys in key positions) deliberately screwed up the investigation into Hillary’s use of a private server and her plain violation of national security law on classified information. The investigation was deliberately mis-handled in every aspect.
Comey gave immunity to all of Hillary’s lackeys, did not use subpoenas or warrants, lost evidence, allowed the destruction of evidence, failed to do any searches or seizures of evidence, did not use a grand-jury, did not swear witnesses, did not record testimony, allowed attorneys to represent multiple suspects (corrupting the testimony).
Everything that could be done to ruin the FBI investigation and to cover for Hillary was done. A “slam-dunk” case became a mess. Immunity was given every witness even though they provided no help. Maybe more importantly, by focusing the FBI on the email scandal, attention was drawn away from the much bigger scandal of the Clinton Foundation that could bring down a huge number of corrupt politicians, lobbyists, and even governments.
Originally, Comey’s job was simply to totally botch the Hillary investigation and ruin the case against her and her minions within the FBI regarding he emails. At the same time Comey also started work on a parallel assignment to illegally “wiretap” and surveil Donald Trump and every other person involved in the Republican campaign. He was tasked with digging up any dirt or fact that could be used to hurt the Trump campaign later.
This included using a fake “dossier” paid for by the Clinton campaign to obtain authorization for the surveillance and to try to associate Trump’s campaign with the Russians. Under Comey’s direction the Trump/republican campaign was monitored and surveilled and all information was provided to the Obama Whitehouse and the Clinton camp all during the campaign.
