Subject: Major Victory For Patriots, Hammonds Pardoned, Corrupt Obama FBI Exposed

The Malheur National Wildlife Refuge (occupation) by the Bundy's and their support team, protesting the re-sentencing of Rancher Hammond and his son, turned deadly when FBI and Oregon State Police, as ordered by Obama's DoJ via Governor Kate Brown, murdered Lavoy Finicum at an ambush location while Lavoy and the Bundy's were heading to another county, invited by that county's sheriff....to talk with a group of ranchers.
"Ranching family patriarch Dwight Hammond, 73, and his son Steven Hammond, 46, lit fires in 2001 and 2006 on public land, they claim, to reduce the growth of invasive plants and protect their winter cattle feed from wildfires."
At the time when the government was looking at the Hammonds was the same time period when Hillary Clinton was making deals with *Russia's purchase of Uranium located in and around the Hammond Ranch. The Hammonds were the last few hold-outs from 'Carpet Bagger' intimidation by the federal government to sell off their land a.k.a. 'The Range Wars.'
The inside story of how the occupation evolved will be a movie worth watching. It has all the makings of militia provocateurs, undercover FBI agents posing as a documentary crew, infighting and suspicion between the Bundy's and others. The occupation could have turned-out a lot deadlier....even though every one involved were accused of various crimes....two attempts to convict failed because of hung juries, and is why 'Jury Nullification' training by Patriots (near a court house) can put you in jail.
Teaching / telling a juror(s) if he/she is the only one that believes the Defendant is not guilty, should stand your ground no matter how much the Judge or others on the jury try to intimidate your opinion(s)....that's called obstruction and jury tampering. During a jury selection process, the Judge and Prosecutor will make every attempt to determine your individual knowledge of the law presented by the Judge / Prosecutor as the law that applies to the case (accepting the Judge or Prosecutor's word) and if you later assess that law as being inaccurate to the case at hand, you will be disqualified from serving if it is determined that you are a potential nullifier. Hint: Agree with the judge on everything he presents to you as a potential juror and then make-up your own mind when you are having to make a decision over someone's case.
The government (recently) attempted to go for a 3rd trial, but a judge shot that down.
After the Hammonds served their initial sentence, the 9th Circuit Court upheld a Liberal Federal Judge request in Oregon to re-sentence Dwight Hammond and his son Steven Hammond to 5 years. ( *We can speculate as to why this Liberal Judge acted well after the fact)
Today the Hammonds have been pardoned by President Trump, a triumph victory for Patriots and Constitutionalists....and a message to 2nd Amendment Militia organizers. [Know who the enemy is within your own group and structure your leadership appropriately]
Obama's FBI / DoJ have proven thus far how corrupt the agencies have been....and because of the FBI's history at Ruby Ridge, Waco, and their total disregard to the Constitution....Militias in America grew rapidly while Obama was in office and righteously so !
(Our) government had turned tyrannical over the last couple decades, including under Bush Jr. and his "Patriot Act." but worse than that was Obama's re-authorization of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) with a provision to allow the FBI or DHS to arrest any U.S. Citizen, no lawyer allowed, no due process, and can be held in confinement "indefinitely." Obama used the NDAA to outright kill U.S. Citizens overseas by drone.....stating: "You won't even see it coming" with laughter.
According to the 2nd Amendment, (paraphrasing), it is the right of the people to change the government by force when the rights of the people are violated. Under Obama, the government went through a total restructuring phase in-order to easily implement 1). Sharia Law 2). Socialism and 3). Communism / Global Control. WE WERE ON OUR WAY TO ABSOLUTE TYRANNY.
"The amendment reads: “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”
This presidential pardon is a huge warning shot across the bow of the "Deep State" Communist Left Federal Judges, the 9th Circuit Court and a personal kick in the ass to Oregon Governor Kate Brown of whom protects ANTIFA riots in Portland instead of protecting the Right to Free Speech. Let me add....the impotent and scared of his own shadow Sheriff David Ward of whom had the authority to kick the FBI out of the county.....but instead help facilitate Lavoy Finicum's death. (He was unarmed)

From the beginning, the FBI were involved at various levels, while setting-up a full blown military style base at the Burns Oregon airport, the use of high tech monitoring equipment, drones and camera surveillance, like nothing you would see at an Obama "Occupy Wall Street" event in New York.

Trump pardon for Oregon ranchers who inspired refuge standoff
(Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday pardoned Oregon cattle ranchers Dwight Hammond and his son after both were convicted on arson charges, sparking the 2016 occupation of a wildlife refuge, according to a White House statement.
The Hammonds’ case led to the armed 41-day occupation of the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, during which one occupier was shot dead by police. The takeover was the latest flare-up in a decades-old conflict over federal control of millions of acres of public land in the Western United States.
Dwight Hammond, 76, and his son, Steven, 49, were convicted in 2012 for setting a fire that spread onto public grazing land.
The two were initially sentenced to less than the legal minimum five-year prison sentence for their crimes, but a federal judge in 2016 ordered the pair returned to serve the full five years, after the father had spent three months in prison and the son one year, according to 2012 court documents.
The order to return to prison inspired the refuge occupation. The White House in a statement on Tuesdaycalled the order to return the two to prison “unjust.” As of 2018, Dwight had served approximately three years in prison and Steven had served four, according to the White House.
The leaders of the 2016 Malheur standoff, including activist Ammon Bundy, in October 2016 were cleared of federal charges for their role in the protest. One of the occupiers, Robert “LaVoy” Finicum, was shot dead by Oregon State Police during the takeover.
Ammon Bundy and his father Cliven also orchestrated a 2014 standoff in Nevada between scores of armed ranchers and supporters and law enforcement agents over cattle grazing rights.
Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, encompassing 292 square miles (75,628 hectares), was established in 1908 by President Theodore Roosevelt as a breeding ground for greater sandhill cranes and other native birds.
